Goldicq.com Reviews

"Our supplier is not in right now, we will email or call you when they are available" in perpetuity. Stay away.

Do not buy gold from these scammers they say they have so much gold in stock then when I bought my gold they say these exact words.....
Our supplier is offline at the moment, and would you please check back here later for the face to face trade?
Meanwhile, we will call you or send an email to notify you once the supplier gets online also. Luckily I filed a claim with my bank I have my fingers crossed I hope I can get my hard earned money back

I placed an order with them, they refused to deliver or provide a refund. Also after having requested a refund several times I suddenly started receiving calls with threats in the middle of the night.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, IT'S A SCAM!

- Pre-Purchase Chat false claims of enough stock and instant delivery.
- Dishonest about the funds. Confirmed with Paypal.
- “Supplier no reply”
- Robot repetitive responses via Live Chat Customer Service
- Delivery Window as promoted on website holds no value as it is not guaranteed
- Refund is not an option as it is declined or ignored. Dispute through Paypal would be the ideal solution.

Useless service
Never helped
Waiting 6 days
Then they say we don’t accept PayPal after the money has left my PayPal account and won’t refund

These people can get carona virus

Very very slow and they have absolutely trash attitude. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR YOUR DELIEVERYING TIME BE AWARE.

Maybe a scam. This company refused to provide in-game service after payment. They tried to get me to provide sensitive information and refused to refund my payment when services were not fulfilled. They lied to paypal and said my goods were delivered. When asked why they lied to paypal they choose to ignore me and will not respond at all.

SCAM. they took money from me. Lied to paypal that goods were delivered.

at first they just said that the supplier is offline, so i thought the site was scam after a while, but after 3 days if waiting, i really received my order. the support is friendly and NO bot, even if they use tge same sentences mist of the time - copy paste i guess. If you got enough patience to wait for a few days, the site is not bad, its just a little slow. This website does not deserve the 1 star rating in my opinion, so i gave them a slightly higher rating.

edit: i ordered something again and got it within 15 minutes. 5 stars!!!

Why no 1 close this site?! Why no1 let police know ?! they are ordinary thieves Nothing more !!!! Paypal show me middle finger no refund. virtual items are not included In buyer protection program!!
Stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No ingame money no refund! Stay away!

7 Months and still waiting my order to be delivered... "Supplier offline now".

i was bought a meso service but already 5day i still haven't receive and the live chat always is say the supplier is not online

Asked them for a refund after they kept saying their sellers were offline. Were very silent when i mentioned refund, but liked to send this message when i spoke about orders

"You can pay via Western Union as fast as PayPal. If you like, I can tell you the instructions.
First, I assume you have a credit card, so you can sign up one account on http://westernunion

Then I will give you the information of our company's western union account. You can choose "send money" to this account.

After that, you will get a serial number called "MTCN". Please give me that number, your first name and last name.
Then we will call western union to confirm if we have received the money."
DON'T USE THISWEBSITE

Bought a in-game currency for a game and my bank had transfered the payment, but at their website is pending. fishy. checked here and found out it's scam. AVOID AT ALL COST. cheap doesn't mean anything. scam website!

Honestly idk what y’all doing but I ordered and got my stuff like 20 minutes after I ordered it! Great service

The worst service **DO NOT BUY**

Before I purchased meso, I made sure they had supply. They said they had abundant supply and would deliver in matter of minutes.

However, after 5 days, they have not delivered. Every time I chat, all they say is "trust us." I have dealt with other money services in the best with good results, but this is most surely a borderline (if not full) scam website.

Please do not trust this website. Use other service like Pixel Market.

Honestly I wasn't worried at first....

I was buying Meso for Maplestory. I've done this before through another site and had no issues with them. It didn't take them longer than 30min.

So I was expecting something like that with this site. They say they will get it to you 8min - 24hrs. 24hrs came and passed. I had live chatted them several times during the process. The responses are very robot like and there isn't much difference in them when you get a different "person". Tina is the one that I dealt with the most. While waiting I came here to Trustpilot and saw all the reviews left by others.

Honestly I can't say for sure if this site is a scam but it very much felt like it.

UPDATE - I just wanted to let others know I paid with paypal and I did get my money back after filing a ticket.

Probably the worst website to buy anything off of they are about as useful as a chocolate ashtray their live chat are full of useless people who don’t know what they are doing all they do is scam I high recommend avoiding them never trust them they will just take your money with no intention of fulfilling your order
