This company is a scam. They never return the deposit (800 Euros in my case), the cars are in an extremely bad condition, and it's impossible to get in touch with them. Avoid at all cost!

Deposit scam ! They don't give your deposit of 500 euro back and don't respond on any mail or text message or call. They give the impression that the car is cheaply priced and their service is good but I would also provide this service for 500 additional stolen euro's....

AVOID THIS PROVIDER! Deposit of 2.000 Euro was fully taken from Credit card. Since 2 month I did not get back my money. Company was created in year 2021 and can not be contacted by phone or Email. Now I have to involve a lawyer.

I don’t even want to give 1 star this company are ripping people off the car we had was awful and falling to bits, it barely drove at all it was covered in scratches and scuffs, the number on the website was wrong so it took us 2 hours to finally find the office, they didn’t write down any of the cars defects so I took pictures and videos myself, when we came to return the car there was a massive storm and the car broke down, we were left stranded and had to leave the car as the company were no help at all, they are now trying to say there were missing parts on the car and we won’t be getting our £500 deposit back, luckily I bought extra insurance and I’m hoping they can resolve this, AVOID like the plague this is a rogue company and should be shut down asap, rude staff and poor attitude

I have rented a car of "Gold Rent a Car" company in Sofia, Bulgaria which was the worst ever experience! I have been travelling all my life renting cars before and it has never been as bad as that last time. The office was very hard to find, the phone given on booking.com had not been answering for 1.5hr so I had no help at all. The deposit was 500EU and I have still not gotten it back 2 months after rent! The car burnt oil like hell and I had to stop and buy oil and again my calls were unanswered. The staff members have no tiny idea about customer service. I advise to never ever use them!!
