I have bought over a dozen miners from Goldshell and always received them in a reasonable time with no quality issues.

Shipping is always fast. I have now purchased several box miners and they are working very good. Stable and silent.

Goldshell has amazing customer service, very courteous, fast and informative. Shipping is always very fast and hassle free. I have purchased several Box miners and 2 Lite miners. Build quality is great and solid, I have been running their miners for 1 year now. 100% recommend

I ordered the Double Pack of KD Lite machines. They shipped faster than expected. I was very concerned when the tracking number said it was going to Canada, I live in the US, but they quickly responded to my email and apologized for sending me the wrong tracking number. The units arrived the next day at my office and are up and running.

The shipping was quick to slovenia 10days, good quality of the product.

They communicated well, shipped quickly, and I love their mini miners.

I have 7 Goldshell miners and all are rock solid.

Everything went as advertised despite Covid issues. Minerv worked great eady to et up and works well.

I do wish they took credit cards even if they passed the fees on. Would make it easier for the newbie. Also hard to let go of my crypto when the market is way down.

Good value and quality products. I have bought 19 miners from Goldshell over the last two years which hasn’t been the idea time for building up my crypto farm at the house. The lite miners are a nice middle ground between typical ASICs and their box miners. We have box miners in the essentially every room of the house since they use so litte energy and are quiet

Ordered a few of the Goldshell miners and all have worked well, since receiving them. Delivery was quick and mostly well communicated. The Goldshell software update and configuration site works well.

My order arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition.

They Just WORK! no hassle fussing with settings. I am going to get more of these little miners. Quite and Efficient.

Great company and fast shipping to western USA (around 2-3 weeks)! I bought mini doge and kd box pro miners. Had some questions and the team email back in a reasonable amount of time. It is a reliable source.

Ordered a KDBOX-PRO during their black-Friday sales, price was more friendly compared to the several months. Got it in hand yesterday without any issue. can be a small heater in winter

I ordered a KD Box from Goldshell over 1 year ago. I got it within 2 weeks and had no issues. I've since ordered a HS-Lite, LT-Lite, and a SC Box. They all arrived no issues and very quickly. I recently also joined the Goldshell Discord and happened to win 2 of their giveaways for miners. I received the one in the mail already (Completely Free they even paid the shipping) and I have the tracking number for the other one. I'm not sure why there is so many bad reviews on here but it's a super legit company and I've never had any issues with them.

bad project , they change the price all the time , no money froom this project . don't by this cause you will cry !!!!

The worse customer service I have experienced !
Long story short 2 of my Hashboards died and decided to send them back to goldshell for repairs (out of warranty asic)
So after speaking with them informing me that it will take 4-6 weeks MAX till it’s fixed and sent back to me. It’s now been 2 months and the Hashboards still stuck at their Hong Kong Warehouse before they can send it to China for repairs.
I have tried following it up every few days to a week to only receive the same response
“ Items that arrived in Hong Kong need to be transferred to mainland China for repair. The delay is mainly caused by the import policy, which is beyond our control.

We would spare no efforts to try to speed up the process and get the items fixed and then send back to you.”

Cleary they only focus on how to make sales with out being able to support their ASICS they pushing out with any support.

Definitely not getting any ASICS from Goldshell again 😤🤬

Scamming company
Their strategy is to pause sales and keep their bigger miners out of stock and thanks to the scarcity created, every 1-2 months do a big sale.
You’ll never make your money back with these scammers.

Since they sell in bulk , when you will get your order, other 1000 customers will as well, so the hash rate and profitability you saw when ordering, is nowhere near the real one.
Waited 4 weeks for a kd6 se to arrive. In the same week that i received it, they did another big sale and started selling these kd6 se with 40% off.
So from the potential 20$ per day( when ordered ) , it went to 3$ per day.
Its costing me more to run it in energy than it ls producing. I didnt even bother to plug it in.
Even with free energy isn’s worth it anymore.

The only ones making $ from mining with their KDA CK miners are them for creating and selling the miners.

So dont bother buying miners from them. You’re better off trying your luck with coins ( even if you have free power), rather than spending it on goldshell.com miners and be on a loss from day 1.

Every 6-12 months they add a new model version that makes the old versions obsolete.
If you make 25% back of your initial payment, you’re lucky.
If your plan is to mine at a loss in hope for kda coin to raise in price, just buy the damn coins instead of the miner.

While I write this I hope Bella ends up helping me.
I have purchased many miners from Goldshell. I have total of 6 box miners, a CK5 and KD-Lite. The CK5 has been my devil child. Since i bought it has always given me problems but usually small things (connection issues, restart every week, etc) but days after the 6 months warranty expires guess what happes....3 of my 4 hashboards just decide to quit on me. I had to talk and send endless pictures and narrative to Bella for a whole month until she decided I needed to send the 3 hashboards back and because its out of warranty, guess what budy we will let you know how much it cost later.
Now, 3 months since this all started, sending my hasboards to china for repair and constantly asking for updates I get message from Bella...THEY HAVE SUSPENDED ALL REPAIRS at this time. I cant believe that after 3 months of waiting now they have suspended repairs due to an apparent customs issue and the cherry on the top! they dont know when it will be able to be repaired!
Payed $7500 for a CK5 that worked slightly over the 6 months warranty. Dies. I pay to send over to repair and NOW?? We have suspended Repairs?? I really hope Bella makes right with me and sends me some new hashboards, refunds my costs, or send me a replacement miner. What a NIGHTMARE!

I still have hope that I will get the chance to change this review and they make right with what is obviously poor quality control on there CK5's (after reading the other reviews here)
