Do not buy!!! Fake products from China!!!!

This site is a pure scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. The item was unsuitable. They offered a 20% discount to keep the item but after months of chasing, no credit was received and there was no response to my multiple chasing emails. So disappointed and will not be procuring from them every again.

Don't order it's a scam. Products have Chinese labels and look fake. When returning goods they offer either a partial refund or you have to send to China at your own expense. Tried to raise a credit card refund but that failed so now have too small shoes and no refund

Bought a pair of Asics Gel-Nimbus 26 trainers. Paid £90 so not exactly cheap. The soles wore out very quickly and some stitching came loose. Comparing to another pair bought from sportsshoes.com there are some differences in build, especially on the sole which is more foam than rubber on the fakes from golfaza. It was not immediately obvious until I started looking closely and had another pair to compare to. No response to emails. Avoid this company!

Appalling. Don't buy from here. I returned one order as it is way too small despite sizing guidelines. It has sat in China Post customs for over a month. They offer a partial refund via email instead of returns. I will be opening a credit card dispute with them.

Biggest scam around bought 2 Lindeberg polos said uk size ordered large arrived a size large Chinese large fit a 12 year old offered me a 20% refund refused as to small then I got a 30% refund but wanted full refund they said they will send the return address, not had anything back from them

Don’t buy anything from Golfaza! They say they’re based in London but they’re not, they’re based in China. They offer a customer service number which tells you that they’re busy with other calls and to please email them.

I ordered a pair of Kayano Gel women’s running shoes for £95 but they were too small. The website offers refunds but in practice, the company doesn’t offer refunds.

I spent weeks going back and forth with them via email and finally negotiated a 70% part refund and keep the shoes, and have heard nothing since. Alternatively I could have spent £180 sending them back to China and would still probably not have received a refund. I haven’t received a refund and they’re now ignoring my emails.

I’m going to report them to Trading Standards because it’s false advertising. Basically theft.

I had the worst experience ordering from Golfaza. I placed an order for a shoes and jacket order #5940, but when it arrived, it was the wrong size and model. I immediately tried contacting their customer support via email, but I never received a response. To make matters worse, their support phone line is constantly busy and always redirects you back to the same email that goes unanswered. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue, and it feels like they have no intention of helping their customers.

This site is a complete scam — I’ve lost my money and have nothing to show for it. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from here at all costs!

Ordered asics kayano trainers because they were 40% cheaper than all other websites.
2 weeks delivery had me concerned so I read reviews which were bad. Contacted golfaza to cancel due to bad reviews. There was a 10% cancellation fee which I agreed to. They cancelled my order and have not issued a refund over a month ago. They have stopped responding to my emails so I will have to raise a payment dispute with my bank.

Scammers - i ordered some trainers and they sent the wrong size then offered me a discount of 30% if i agreed to keep them and the trainers also turned out to be fakes as well and i did not get a refund either.

Absolute scam website - selling fake goods.
I bought a pair of ASICS Kayano 31.
The first issue the order took weeks to arrive. When I did receive the order I was happy enough with the product. But after less than 3 months the tread on the sole had worn completely away. I have trained and run marathons in asics and adidas trainers and they have tread left on them after hunderds of miles, these are clearly fake.
This is where the difficulties started. I tried to contact on the mobile number on the website - just got directed to the email address. I sent pictures of the shoes and asked for a full refund. I had at least 8 exchanges with a bot just sending ridiculous replies that didn't take into account my issue. They gradually offer more discounts until it got to 50%. I was so fed up I accepted this.
Two weeks later I still have not received this partial refund and they now ignore my attempts at contact.

Do not use scam site and fraudulent. Ordered a pair of trainers took 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered a size 10 they sent a 9 that don't fit and they are fake trainers. Unable to contact you just get ignored until I opened a credit card fraud case against them then they contacted me to offer 50 percent off and to keep them. Why would I want fake goods that don't fit? Will get funds back through credit card company. Please do not use a fake site with fake goods.

Golfaza is a fraud company, purchased 2 x LG Limburg polo shirts XL that was not that size when arrived, tried for a address to send them back and get a refund, after 6 emails to them they agreed on a 70% refund, after another 2 mails still waiting, not even getting a reply now😩
