Fake / Counterfeit goods. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Goods took an absolute age to arrive (6 weeks).
Very poor quality, obviously counterfeit.
Returned goods as advised, and they have just arrived back in the UK SIX months later!

THIS SITE IS A SCAM - I can only assume that positive reviews are because the reviewers may not know they have been scammed.

Brand goods they sell are counterfeit. If you don’t believe me, ask them - they will not formally deny as this will be further evidence of intent to defraud. They are sold at a price that’s about 10-20% below other retailers - enough discount for you to buy from them but not too much that you would challenge the authenticity of the product. The company is registered in the UK, however it is only when you buy that you be one aware that goods are comping from China (they send a dodgy tracking number from Yodel, etc. that will make you think it’s, but when you dig into it it doesn’t work). When the goods arrive you’ll notice they are fake if you ever had a product from that make, or it will be the wrong size because it’s not legit. They will then tell you that you that they will refund 50% or 80% of the cost and you can keep the product. You will think this is a win, buts not - it’s what they were counting on as the counterfeit product too way less to make. Everyone knows that mark-up on non-luxury brand clothing/footwear is low, no reputable brand will do this - cheaper for them to pay for the return and resell the item.

Unfortunately they got me. I am working with my bank to get my money back. I am also actively trying to get Trading Standards and Google Ads to deal with this fraudulent company accordingly.

There is a reason the comments on the comments on their instagram are turned off….

And they have not reimbursed the 20%.

Communication is terrible and I made a mistake not checking the reviews before ordering.

Oh and it took over a month to get the Essential hoodie

Don’t order from them, they are not based in London, they are selling counterfeit goods from china, received an essential hoodie, after 1 wash the letters came off, offered a partial refund and new hoodie, still waiting, this was a Christmas present, all emails are being ignored £80 down

Never ever ever order from this website - The company will take your money, deliver counterfeit products and refuse supplying a refund - avoid like the plague

Do not order from this website, they sell cheap counterfeit items and they are not ethical when trying to return items.
I ordered a Ralph lauren polo tracksuit from this site. When I received it was a poor quality fake. I reached out to them and they offered to give me 20%, I refused and after 3 ongoing emails, they finally agreed to take the items back. In addition to the £30 I had to pay for returning, they still didn't give me a refund and this has been going on for over 2 months. I finally did a charge back with my credit card company and when I was refunded by my credit card company, they contested it and took the money back. Now I have to jump through so many hoops to get this money back. They are an unethical company, who are not honest about what they are advertising and they won't issue a refund if you're not happy with what you have ordered. This site needs to be shut down. I will be taking further action to report this website.

Made a rushed purchase online and regretted it ever since. £140 for a Ralph gilet and it arrived after a month to be plainly fake goods from china. Don’t touch this seller with a barge pole unless you like wasting your hard earned money.
Every reply was box standard - item is coming ( even after arrived and in possession) and contacted bank re fake goods. They now want me to stop the bank complaint and only then they will refund. It’s a one liner. Crooks.
Do homework when buying labelled goods.

Fake Goods. Ordered a Ralph Lauren Tracksuit for my son. Soon realised after looking at tracking it was coming from China. I received the item which Was clearly counterfeit, item was poor. Contacted customer services and they offered 20% refund which I refused. I had purchased from via Kalarna. They gave me a refund.

I ordered a Ralph Lauren top. When it arrived the quality was poor, frayed edges, material had lose thread on the main part of the clothing, labels not sewn on correctly...obviously fake. Said this to Golf Cai, they offered 20% off then 40% off then said return to:

I reported it to my bank and got a full refund.

Awful customer service! Did not receive my order, after numerous emails they refused a refund unless I sent the item back (difficult as numerous times told them the item was never received so how on earth can I send said item back) the phone number is not in service. Impossible to deal with I will tell the world never to order from this site! Awful!

It’s a scam. Don’t buy from this company

Terrible customer service. Product ordered was not a genuine Ralph Lauren item and not sized correctly. Took days to get any response via email, phone number not working, then offered only a 20% refund! Then found out had to send item back to China! Still waiting confirmation as want a full refund!!! It's now 20th January and still no further, not even replying to my emails now! Do not use this company!!!!

I purchased a Ralph Lauren hoodie for my son as a Christmas gift, and it took four weeks to arrive. The company's head office is listed as being in London, but the items are shipped from China. When the hoodie finally arrived, I realized it was clearly a fake. While the quality was not terrible, I did not order or want counterfeit items, especially since their website claims that their products are premier and top quality.

I emailed the company to inform them that the items were fake and that I wanted to return them for a full refund. In response, they offered to send me a replacement item and provide a 20% refund. I reiterated that I simply wanted to return the hoodie and get my money back, but they continued to send the same reply, misunderstanding my request.

Frustrated with their lack of response, I contacted my bank and initiated a chargeback, presenting all the evidence I had. Following this, I received emails demanding that I cancel the chargeback in exchange for a refund. However, my bank advised me not to do so. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
