I paid extra shipping to receive my item quicker, not only has it not arrived after 2 weeks but when I emailed them enquiring about a refund for my shipping, they have consistently avoided replying to that. 100% scam. Upset that I did not read these reviews beforehand. Avoid this place at all costs.

Item took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was clearly fake, stitching all wonky and inside pocket on the wrong side.
No response from them so claimed back through credit card.
The reviews seem to be fake also.

Absolutely awful experience. Ignore the positive reviews as they are fake, just like the products. What a scam… so annoyed!

Received garment today absolutely rubbish clearly a fake terrible stitching wrong size inferior material.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS this is a fake business supposed to be in London they are in China.

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! All items are fakes shipped from China. Not UK based as advertised, poor service, poor products, do not order from this website.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They do not answer the phone (a mobile number) and replies to their customer service email is AI generated and does not actually answer questions like, “where is my order”. I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. Shipping states 2-3 working days. Tracking is literally a repeated statement between “transiting between stations” and “arrived at depot”. This is repeated multiple times day after day with absolutely no insight in to when this will actually arrive. I suspect this is a fraudulent company and I have reported this to my bank to claim the money back. This was a birthday present for my nephew who will now lose out. Highly suspicious, I doubt the products are even real.

Bought a golf and visor. The items are perfect, even if shipping took 3 weeks/ GolfCai exceeded my expectations!

My Ralph Lauren polo arrived after 24 days, but the material and fit are excellent. will be a repeat customer.

Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews before I ordered, I wish I did. Ordered a Ralph Lauren gilet for a birthday present. 20 days in it still hasn’t arrived. Have contacted the company numerous times and get the same generic reply which doesn’t even make sense. Thought I ordered from a uk company, they lied it’s from china. Haven’t received goods. Don’t want it now as not needed as birthdays over. Contacting my bank and getting a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ITS A SCAM.

Horrible. Ordered a ralph lauren tracksuit and the first time washing it it shrunk. was given an apology and told i’d be sent a replacement jacket and a partial refund and got neither and when emailing about it again to check when i’d be getting it just got told “ We are not sending any replacement.” Such a waste of money buy from the real brand instead.

The Ralph Lauren polos are authentic and well-made. Took a bit longer to arrive, but you can't beat the price and quality!

Awful experience you must avoid!
Although the shirt has arrived and looks legit, sizing is completely out. I have emailed and emailed so many times for an exchange but keep getting replies saying they will refund 20% and send a replacement, the replies don’t make sense at all and the English is terrible. They are clearly not UK based and are in China. What an extremely poor company to deal with. Wish I’d seen these reviews before wasting my time and money.

No reply from emails , no delivery , can’t contact for refund . Do not buy from here ! The positive reviews that say customer service is great are lies !

Do not purchase from this company- goods - not received and no refund. Same automatic email over and over again - wasted money.
