The website is fake. The company is actually based in China not the address it states in London. I finally received my Ralph Lauren gilet which is obviously a fake. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews prior to ordering. Hopefully this will help someone else parting with their money.

Shame I have to even give 1 star, as there's no option for zero!

Who are this company?! They've done a good job making their website look professional, but they are complete scammers!

After reading their policy on cancelling an order, it stated to email within 2hrs of making the order. Emailed them within 2 minutes of making an order, as I accidently ordered the wrong thing, to get a response 3 days later stating the label had already been printed, and the item was being distributed.
3 weeks later, still no item received, not even a confirmation email to say it had been shipped, so I've contacted them again asking where my order is.
The response I got back is completely shocking - Are you happy with 80% refund? THANK YOU

What is that all about?? Not even signed off by a person or company details. There is absolutely nothing professional about it at all.
They haven't delivered the goods and have my money and think I don't want it back fully?
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE, AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I got a Ralph Lauren sweater, and the quality is outstanding. Shipping could be faster, but the product makes up for it. Highly recommend Golfcai!

Terrible company although the hoodie has arrived and looks legit, sizing completely out. I have emailed and emailed for an exchange but keep getting fobbed off, the replies don’t make sense, the English is terrible. Wish I’d seen these reviews before wasting my money

I wouldn’t leave any stars total SCAMMERS I waited 2 weeks and still no shipping , I’ve emailed to cancel the order but was told I would be charged 20% of £52 as they had Done the shipping label !!,,,,, what an absolute joke AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had extremely poor experience with this company. They took money for 6 items that I ordered and sent me only three items.
They are telling so many lies.
You can’t get through to them on the phone.In email correspondence, they will keep on promising you that they will resolve the issue, they don’t and you are back to square one.

Yes unfortunately I wish I had seen all these reviews and I wouldn’t have bought anything from this scam store!… I’ve informed my bank and hopefully I will be re funded the money but its not definite. I spent about £250 and no items have arrived and it’s been over 2 weeks now. I keep getting messages saying my order is with logistics. This website needs to be shut down . I’m upset for wasting my money that was meant to be a present for my son for Xmas!… Really horrible feeling that I’ve been duped

Website looks very professional. They are clearly avoiding making customers aware that goods are coming from China. Address on website is London. They do not publish returns details on the website. Still trying to get a response.

I ordered a golf visor and a shirt/ They took three weeks to arrive, but the quality is better than I expected. Will order again!

Their customer service is absolutely shocking.
Very rude and not professional at all.
On their website it states, if wanting to cancel your order, cancel within 2 hours of purchasing to get a full refund.
I emailed 12 minutes after purchasing and they’re only offering me 20% back!!
They said to me to keep the item and receive 20% back, they have now changed that and said I need to send the parcel back to CHINA!! That is money coming out of my pocket again for a scam website!!!
I’ve also been sent no shipping information or proof of delivery!!
The phone number on their website is also fake. Baring in mind they have a London address and phone number, all products are from china and fake.

I placed an order over a month ago and have still not received it. After asking for an update I was told "it will be looked into" nothing came back and after another email request for an update I was told "the logistics team we're dealing with it" still nothing. I never complain however this is the worse service I've had in a long time.

This is a scam and the items are fake!!
Item arrived 2 weeks later and all screwed up in a plastic bag.

No refund policy, just 20% off your purchase price - absolutely terrible that these guys are getting away with this, avoid at all costs.

I am a little confused with all the negative reviews. I ordered a fear of god hoodie which arrived within 7 days after ordering (express delivery) I was very sceptical as I read the reviews after I placed the order but the hoodie arrived and is perfect. No sign of it being a fake item. Came in essential packaging and the hoodie is excellent quality. No issues at all

Ordered xxs they sent a FAKE small. The website is misleading as it has a UK address. The company offered 20% but I have no use for the FAKE item. They are expecting me to return it to China.
Bank sorted my payment as I have cover but please report this site to NATIONAL CYBER SECURITY CENTRE

Fake goods delivered from China, do not buy from this company. £26 it's going to cost for postage to send back to China. I thought I was buying from a UK site.
