Roger's details were passed to me when a neighbour noticed my broken Motocaddy trolley in the garage. The main wishbone part of the frame had snapped and I had assumed it was good for the tip. Roger had it fully repaired in days with new parts at a fraction of the cost of replacing what was otherwise a functioning trolley. He also fixed a main compartment zip on my golf bag too. Great personal service and pricing and a Fantastic contact to have.

It was a quick phone call to Roger to explain the issue and confirm the price for a replacement handle. Booked a time and Roger replaced the handle, and gave a quick guide to maintaining the trolley which was very helpful. Trolley fixed while I waited. Brilliant service.

Dropped my broken PowaKaddy off Saturday picked it up totally fixed on the Monday , very efficient and knowledgeable, Rodger gave me some useful maintenance tips as well ,and all work guaranteed would totally recommend his services.

Roger dealt with my electric trolley failure quickly and also gave some great tips for maintenance. So I learnt something at the same time.

I asked Roger for advice on problems I was having with my Motocaddy and he gave me advice which remedied the problem. The help put my mind at rest and it was pro bono.
I would recommend Roger to anyone with a motorised caddy.

My golf trolley's handle was locked and could not be released. Having contacted the manufacturer for advice, they referred me to Golf Pro Services, who I have used before.
Roger inspected my trolley when I dropped it off and tried to release the locking mechanism without success, but said that he would contact the Manufacturer's Technical Services Team.
In the end Roger had to fit a new handle which was not that straight forward, as the power lead to the battery was contained within the handle itself.
Despite having to wait for the delivery of the new handle, the trolley was ready within 7 days.

Very friendly and helpful. Managed to diagnose and give advice over the phone which resolved the problem. Highly recommended.
