Marcus at Golf Zoo looked after us tremendously before, during and after our Scottsdale, AZ golf trip and then his college Glen has done the same for our upcoming trip to Naples, FL golf trip.

Highly recommended!

Golf Zoo did an excellent job. accommodations were great as were the golf courses. Lori was fantastic.

This was a very easy way to get tee times at the courses we wanted to play that fit our schedule and price.

Well arranged, great accomodations, and helpful and knowledgeable Golf Zoo representative.

We were scheduled to be in Hiltonhead 10/12-10/16/2016. We were to stay at Sea Pines and play Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes and Harbor Town. The Hurricane obviously caused this to be cancelled. Since then I've been trying to to a confirmation that we are rescheduled to 3/29-4/2/2017 and that all but our initial deposit of $400 is refunded till 30 days prior to the new date. I have received very little if any satisfaction from your representative Mike Alfano on either front. If this is the type of service your organization provides all of my 4some is starting to question if we should even want to reschedule. I'm very sorry I find the need to communicate with your organization in such contentious manner. If this situation is not resolved fairly quickly I will have no choice but to explore more options and you won't find them pleasant.

Kurt Hoffman was unreal. This buddies trip was put together a couple weeks before the dates as our business travels put us in the Vegas area with very little notice. I put the original inquire through on a Friday, not expecting to hear anything until the following Monday, but Kurt came in on the WEEKEND and called me and told me that he had contacted all the courses and the lodging that I had requested. That's the type of customer service of going above and beyond that will keep me coming back to Golf Zoo and telling everyone of my friends. Totally didn't expect that and made me a customer for life. He not only did that, but was phenomenal in keeping me updated along the way and met all our needs. Fantastic trip!!!!!!!! Give Kurt a raise!!!!!!

Planned a golf vacation week through Golf Zoo's Mark Sutherland to 3 of Florida's best courses. Unfortunately, Hurricane Matthew was in the state & we were evacuated twice & only played 1 course. No fault of Golf Zoo! Sadly wish Golf Zoo scheduled trips to more states as we live in the northern part of US.

All went as planned without a glitch and the cost was quite reasonable. Golf courses were great, especially Wolf Creek.

An outstanding golf vacation experience from start to finish. Great golf courses with no wait times, wonderful accommodations and the best service we as a group have experienced. Very accommodating.

Overall, a great trip. Mike Alfano was easy to work with and very quick in his response to questions. Only glitch was not with Golf Zoo but one of the courses we were scheduled to play. Without telling us, they moved us to another course which we were already scheduled to play on a different day. Again, this was not a Golf Zoo issue and would definitely use them again.

Played 6 rounds in Hilton Head. The complex for our double round was being sold the next day. Poor course conditions and minimal staff on hand. The course we were scheduled to play on Dafuskie island had their carts repossessed the day before. Our rep from golf zoo did a great job finding us course to accommodate 60 golfers but the conditions were sub-par. There was a lack of communication somewhere. Thought the courses should have made us aware of their situations in advance. All in all I think the staff at Golfzoo did an admirable job and will not hesitate to use them again.

2nd time in 2 years that we booked our annual golf trip through GolfZoo. We went to Orlando again and had a very smooth experience. The accomodations and rental car were exactly as described. We switched up the golf courses this year on GolfZoo's recommendation and were very pleasantly surprised. Throughout the process, GolfZoo was responsive, communicative and helpful. We're already planning to go through them again next year.

We played great courses, in the correct order and at the times we wanted. Craig was accessible and easy to deal with. Even when we had to reconfigure the trip a few weeks before, there was no problem. I will definitely book through Golf Zoo again.

The stay was aweome...the hotel staff was extremely pleasant and accommodations. The gfci courses were in phenom all shape.

Great company to work with. This was my second trip booked and everything was handled for us and the golf courses & resort was wonderful. When you check in everything has been confirmed and you are in the computer at all of the different places, no paper work needed .

A great bucket list trip to 3 great golf courses Golf Zoo made it so simple and easy. I'll always use them in the future.

We had a group of 8 traveling from NY to AZ and Golf Zoo did a fantastic job with working with us and finding the right accomodations. Golf Zoo worked with us to get the right Tee Times for each day and help ensure we had an amazing trip.
