Golo, a plan to live by forever
There are many restrictions and I find that the weight loss is very slow. I have lost 27lbs but it has taken me 8 months to do so. I will continue with the golo plan however because, even though it is slower than I would prefer, it has been eventually effective. Prior to this diet, I was unable to lose anything. So slow and steady will win the race.

On average – most customers lose between 1-2 lbs per week, and this can depend on age, medications, and activity. Typically, you begin to lose weight between the 2nd and 4th week of starting the plan. So, it looks like you are losing approximately 3.85 lbs per month if I calculate that right. That is pretty good! What you can do that may very well “speed up your loss” is to follow the RESET 7 Plan for 1 or 2 weeks, then resume the GOLO for Life Plan. Log into your myGOLO account and choose the BLOG tab. Type in Reset 7 in the search bar. GOLO's Reset 7 is a one-week jump-start that can be used at the beginning of your weight loss journey, but it is also a great way to help you break through a weight loss plateau or speed things up a bit. Sometimes our systems get accustomed to a certain way, and we need to change things up. I might also recommend when you follow the Reset 7 not take Release. 41 & the lightest I’ve ever been in my life!

I ordered the Release because I naively believed the Advertisements
I ordered the Release because I believed the advertising where so many people show their before and after pictures and swear that this product was what made the difference. A lot of people say it makes them feel full and satisfied and keeps them from over-eating. With all due respect, this is not true. These pills do absolutely nothing. It's a scam, and like all scams, a lot of people are susceptible to the placebo effect. Or perhaps people are paid to use the product and lose a whole lot of weight. Now that would work very well.
