This company is ridiculous! First issue is no one ever answers the phone so you have to deal with constant text messages, half AI and then sometimes an actual person texts back. I signed up for service online and the very next day told them to cancel.. they are fighting with me on a refund when they haven't even done anything... Then the morning of the "cancelled" pick up I get a text that a driver is assigned??? When I have the texts to prove that I told them multiple times to cancel my order. I even asked to have a manager call me back and nothing!!

I was given an online quote immediately and they were able to schedule pickup within two days. They showed up on time and had all tools necessary to remove parts of the treadmill so that it would fit through the door. Everything went smoothly and I will use LoadUp again without hesitation.

Requested service on a particular day and time. Quickly received confirmation. Kept aware of when and who would be taking care of our needs and how to reach if needed. Received timely notification of arrival time on day of service. And exactly when scheduled, they arrived. No guessing or waiting around - excellent! Individuals were very pleasant, quickly took items and were done in minutes. Sincerely appreciate a service like this when needed. I thought the cost was quite reasonable too. Gentleman showed up with his wife as the only helper to move extremely heavy bedroom furniture down winding stairways in a multi-story townhome. They brought no tools (had to use mine), brought no furniture pads (actually asked to use wife's expensive comforter to drag furniture along wood floors and down stairs..no way!), asked me to help them move the heavy dresser when the wife couldn't, then were going to quit the job part way through because the wife, understandably, couldn't handle the weight. He left and got two day laborers from Home Depot (uninsured!) to come and help him move. Talk about a S-Show!

LoadUp was so easy & convenient with plenty of availability! The communication was top-notch & the guys were great…careful, quick & friendly. Will certainly use again in the future and highly recommend to anyone in need of junk removal!
On a side note…they do try to take your things to the Salvation Army, that’s a bonus in my book!

I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with this service. I booked a junk pickup a week in advance for a 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM window. I sat at home for six hours, and they never once called to tell me they were short on loaders.
I eventually had to text them to get an update, only to be told they couldn't find anyone to pick up the load. To make matters worse, a customer service agent told me they couldn't even process my refund until after 8:00 PM because they wanted to "keep looking"—despite it being clear no one was coming.
The Dealbreaker:
They explained that they operate like "DoorDash" by looking for local junk removers on the fly. Because they are just a middleman, they have no actual control over their staff. They even admitted that if I rescheduled, they still couldn't guarantee anyone would show up.
Summary:
• Total lack of communication.
• Six hours of my time wasted.
• Zero accountability for their "gig-style" business model.
If you want a company that actually shows up when they say they will, look elsewhere. Avoid this service at all costs.

Loadup "compliance cancelled my account May 2025. The customer did not respond to the messages I sent through the app. The customer intern communicated with Loadup who determined I violated their rules. For not providing service to said customer. I had received 31 five star reviews before this. I did about 35 loads total while on their platform.
There is no corporate contact according to Niko March 29, 2026. I need the 2025 1099 NEC from loadup. For the contracts my company completed. I'm getting no follow up from compliance@ goloadup.

If I could give a negative number, I would.
Collects money up front— has no way to get the job done. Then Charges 50% if you won’t continue to reschedule or agree to unreasonable extensions.

I booked a small job (mattress/box spring) for morning pickup. The house was an hour away from my current residence. The arrival window was 8am to noon. I arrived at 8am and waited for their call. I received a text at 10am informing me that they would not be able to pick up in the am. After some back and forth, they told me to leave the mattress and box spring in the driveway (I couldn’t stay all day). At 5pm they said they would not be picking them up and offered to reschedule for a different day. This was not an option. I would not recommend these guys. Flaky.
