Ordered a moon globe on Nov 22 for Christmas - never received it!
I contacted them and they, in turn, sent me to a messenger service who asks the same 3 questions over and over. This is a scam!

I ordered my wife a necklace on November 27 for xmas. I could never get the tracking number to work. But I had a very helpful person emailing me. Here it is December 27 and still haven't received it nor have I been able to get in contact with anyone. Emails stopped and so did tracking number. I would not recommend this place for nothing. Told me 3 days to build it, and 10 to ship. Still not here and no contact. Sont waste your money people.

I've seen alot of negative reviews here. I'm a real person, and I just received a personalized moon globe for my step daughter. It took about 5 weeks to arrive, but I just recieved it today, and I'm quite impressed. Dont believe all negative reviews you read online, I for one was nervous that I wouldn't recieve it on time (or at all really). But I was pleasantly surprised to get in the mail today. Great job china.😁

I purchase a necklace with my daughters 3 children on it and it is totally unacceptable. The metal is thin, the pictures are so dim I can hardly see them. I recommend everyone stay away from this sight. It is a total rip off.

Paid for item they say they recieved my money it came off my debit card but no merchandise still confirmation number they gave me dont exists or does order number

I have ordered two of the bracelet one with a picture of me and my dog only to lose the charm off of the bracelet so then I ordered another one with just a picture of my dog and now that one has came off too I can't find either one of them so I am out $90 they must put the charm on it so cheaply and it had special meaning to me I advised to stay away from this company I am so sad and depressed over this hopefully they might get back to me because there's no phone number and I do not know how to contact them to try and resolve this problem I just want the charm replace

I ordered 5 necklaces with a picture of my Mother for my sisters. I uploaded the best pic. It took two weeks to receive the necklaces, When I received them, the carving didn't resemble my Mom. The pic was a Chinese woman. I notified them via email because there was no telephone number. Later to find out the location for production is in China. I received several emails from them: One was a regret, second was for me to send another pic and pay for postage. I ask them to make it right with the pic I sent. I have not received any further correspondence from them. I have contacted my credit card company to see if i can get a refund. This is a bad company. Do Not Order From This Company!!!!

This is a scam, they tell me necklace is complete 2 weeks ago, still has not shipped. They keep telling me it is in logistics, how long does it take to put a necklace in a box and slap a shipping label on it. I put a dispute in with my Credit Card to get my money back since I have not gotten the merchandise. Worst site ever, should of realized when my order was also in a foreign language after I submitted it.

I ordered a necklace on March 28th. and received it within 8 business days. Very easy to order from website and you can follow your package, like I did through my email. No problems with the company and I love my necklace. I would order from them again.

I went with 3 stars because I could NOT get the company to reply and let me know when to expect my item. I actually got PayPal involved. After seeing some other reviews where people stated they never received their item, naturally I got nervous. After I opened a case with PayPal, I finally received a tracking number. I placed my order of February 28th, and received it on March 20th. “Technically”, it was only 14 “working days”...but let’s be real, when it says “shipping in 5-10 working days” you don’t expect it to take almost a month. I also wasn’t aware this item was coming from China. I would've been more realistic in my expectations, since I know items shipped from China can take a long time. My item was in what I’m gonna call “limbo” from March 9th, until March 17th. Zero tracking info added during that period.

The item itself - Custom 3D Moon lamp, is absolutely fantastic. Seriously one of the coolest personalized gifts I’ve ever purchased. I will say I was not really impressed though, until it was plugged in. Once I plugged it in, I was stunned at the beautiful detail in the photo and moon itself. The inscription on the back was exactly as ordered. The catalog photo is a bit misleading, but that’s on me for assuming what was in the picture would be the size I ordered. It was not. What I ordered is the 9 cm moon. It’s not lacking any detail, I just thought it would be bigger. Again, my bad.

Now that I know it takes about a month to receive, I will not hesitate to order another one. Spectacular gift ❤️

This is the worst company ever, i made an order on Feb .04 to receive it by the valentine day , but until now i did not receive it and even no customer service you can talk to , as always ( be patient) , this company is fake . im going to dispute this transaction.

We are VERY pleased with the picture necklace I got for my fiancé on this site. If I had read all of the negative reviews first, I might have passed on an item she truly loves and wears every day! I chose the sterling silver engraved necklace and cropped a picture of the two of us. It was extremely accurate, even down to the clock on the wall behind us. It did take an extra week past what was advertised, but when she got it that didn't matter at all. She did replace the chain to a more sturdy version, but it is now her favorite piece of jewelry besides her engagement ring.
When I posted the necklace on FB, several people asked where we got it, because they wanted to order their own. Only one suggestion for the ladies; make sure you wear lipstick! Lol - Sheila was glad she did!
I will probably get another one for her down the road. It really was a wonderful gift, and the quality was worth the extra $10 to upgrade to sterling silver. I would add the photos of the original picture and the necklace here, but it won't take it.

I ordered an item in december and still have not received it. Try to contact them and get a message saying to be patient. Took my money immediately and says that due to overwhelming orders in december they are unable to refund my money because that is not a good reason.

I paid 59.95 for an item that I never recieved. Every time I contact them, I get an automated message to contact Judy on fb messenger. When I do, I get another automated message. No product, they won't refund my money, no address or contact number to speak to someone and reading several bad reviews. This company needs to be stopped and shut down immediately!

I will give 3 stars! I would give more because I’m very pleased with the necklace I ordered for my wife! The main problem with the company is the time they state it takes to receive the product! If they would state upfront that it takes 4 to6 weeks to receive, they wouldn’t have so many negative reviews!

After about 3 weeks, I just received my order of 2 necklaces, 1 sterling silver necklace and 1 full color titanium necklace. I am really happy how the sterling silver necklace turned out. The sterling silver necklace is a close rendition of the picture that was sent. My wife really likes it. This is why I’m giving 3 stars. 2.5 stars is more realistic. Thank you...
I am VERY disappointed on how the full color titanium necklace turned out. The full color picture on the titanium necklace doesn’t even cover the entire heart shape like the website shows. Due to it being cut short, the picture has 2 fairly large white edges on each side. The picture has NO white in it. The white color makes the titanium heart appear to be plastic and cheap. In addition, not only is the heart much bigger than the sterling silver heart, the chain that it came with is a cheap beaded chain with a large clip holding the heart. The chain and clip don’t match the color of the heart. The website shows a nice thin silver chain and not the kind of chain you get on a keychain. I was expecting the heart to look like a titanium silver as the website showed. The inscription in the back is written very nice however but thought it would be engraved on not hand written. Overall, after reading the reviews (after I ordered the products), the company does exist (products do ship from China), I did finally get my products, and I was happy with one and disappointed with the other.

It says guaranteed 5-10 days. What a joke. I ordered a necklace for Christmas and it's January 7th and nothing from them. Just a standard response to be patient.
