I wish I would have checked the reviews on this company before placing my order. I too, as so many others have been victim to this scam. I was charged right away...on Dec 10th. Have not received my order, nor have I gotten a response after contacting the company. I will also be disputing the charge.

They took money immediately was a Christmas present still no info on shipment seems sketchy it said through Paypal I need to check this out more

I ordered item on 12/13 still have not gotten anything money was taken out right way this was supposed to be a special gift my daughter lost her cat due to liver failure I wanted this to bring her some comfort for her birthday on the 27th of dec I am very unhappy and no.way to phone customer service no response to email tracking does nothing this company broke my heart do not use very very unhappy

I also got ripped off, is there anything I can do to get my money back? :(

I rate them 0 stars because I ordered a necklace for my mother for Christmas on 12.7. Payment taken and nothing received three weeks later. No response to emails except nonsense then ignored. Scam and fraud. Disputing charge.

Scam. Never received my order and have sent 2 emails with no response. Will be disputing the charge.

Ordered three items for Christmas should of been here December 10. When I put order number in it says not recognized. However they took the money out of my account. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Place is trash ruined a xmas gift by not even coming close to the time frame they say... stay clear of buying

I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas and still have not received it but took them no time to take money out of my checking account. Every time I try and check on it they say my email is unrecognizable. But they can send me emails. I send them emails and I get auto response. Learned my lesson on this one. DON’T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,

Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered a product and still have not received it. I have sent emails and you always get a auto response. Do not order anything from this place, absolutely terrible and shipping is coming from China, which was not represented before ordering!

This organization has terrible customer service. I ordered the picture necklace and it took forever to arrive. Finally when it did, I open the box and find that they placed an incorrect picture on the neckace. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother and instead of having the picture I uploaded, there was a picture of two couples that I don’t even know. When I confronted them about the issue, they insinuated that I was lying and that that was the picture I uploaded. When I asked for a refund they said they could only reimburse 50%. Moreover they offered to replace the necklace but at a fee of $10.00. I offered to send it back, but they wouldn’t even wave the shipping fee. This is a terrible company and a complete robbery.

VERY BAD SERVICE ordered an item and they told me it's been delivered but it hasn't, basically called me a lier. After 20 odd emails of back to me, of them saying to me its at my local post office (Royal Mail NEVER received it), I asked for my money back, I was then offered a replacing BUT... I had to pay for it! Asked for my money back last week, they said I can only have 50% back and still waiting. This Chinese Company is a SCAM and DO NOT BUY. They spoiled my Christmas present for my parents. Ring PayPal now and Trading standards next!!!

Load of rubbish dont buy, l was offered to have replaced for an extra £18 shipping cost or 50% of my money back l will be reporting to trading standards, this is a rip off.

I ordered the color picture heart necklace for my daughter- in- law for a gift. The quality was awful, the picture did NOT COVER THE HEART, and the not clear !!. The company would not do anything about it , I ask for a refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!! Oh and there products are made in CHINA guess that explains it !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . YOU WILL BE WASTEING YOUR MONEY !!!

Awful just awful I ordered a ring with a picture of my son who past away and they sent me a ring with a picture of an Asian guy my son was not Asian and I was also charged more than what they say is their fee because they said they have international charges and that the person on the ring looks “similar “ to my son and they won’t give me a refund. Do not buy anything from this company they are scam artist

I received my order in 2 weeks and it was perfect! No problems whatsoever. My daughter will love it!!

DO NOT ORDER!!!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! DOUBLE CHARGED!!!! Ordered as a anniversary gift then something felt wrong so I looked up the company realized they weren’t in the United States and have very negative reviews I asked to get a refund and never once got a email back after they said they could give a refund within 48 hours ! Emailed them week after week no response honestly thought I had been ripped off and wasn’t going to receive anything them Took over 3 months ! Once received Picture quality was OK engraving looked decent but there was chips all in in the keychain

I really should have checked the reviews before ordering. Definitely NOT worth the money I paid. So very disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The workmanship is horrible and definitely not as advertised!

I just recieved my pet sterling silver necklace today. Wow. So disappointed! I keep Beta fish and the etching was the only thing that was somewhat acceptable! The charm itself was no bigger than a nickel! And VERY poorly made. The edges were sharp and it was hard to see the design. Even the bale was cheap! And the chain that came with it was no better!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish I could post pics on here.
