Absolutely love the quality and design of the bags. Built to last, super functional, and look great too. Fast delivery and solid customer service — couldn’t ask for more (though I still haven’t figured out how to register the products without a serial number).

PS: If you’re launching a £360 backpack, maybe include the £15 accessory straps next time (especially since they’re shown in the product photos). They’re the same ones you can get on Amazon for about £2 so I’m sure including them with the main product won’t bankrupt you. Charge £15 if people want more but at least send your product complete!

Absolutely useless. I have ordered a product 11 days ago, it still hasn't arrived and nobody from Gomatic is responding to my messages. Terrible customer service

I’ve bough three items from Gomatic, travel pack expandable, collapsible duffel and collapsible sling. Ordering process is easy and delivery is very quick. All items are high quality and well engineered. Prices are not cheap but if you take advantage of online discount codes and season sales you get really good value for money.

Great product, well made and thoughtfully designed and at a good price. Speedy delivery, but bombarded with emails from then on.

Ordered the 20l travel but size was not as advertised. Customer service was extremely good. I had an issue with the 1st bag. Bev from customer service helped me with returning /confirming the size of the slightly smaller version to make sure it was within limits of an upcoming flight. The new bag was sent very quickly and once they received my old bag the refund was processed quickly. The 14l is perfect for a weekend getaway and the quality is great.

Delivered promptly and in good condition.
I ordered the Navigator 32L. I've not had occasion to use the bag but initial inspection is that's it's an excellent product; well made, sturdy and feature filled. Shoulder straps are especially good meaning it sits high on the back.
