Amazing, I bought a gaming mouse and for it's price, was outstanding. It has up to 6,400 DPI which is exellant, a rapid fire button which is very useful, a back and forward button which saves a lot of time, and much more.
It's so quiet when clicking and it's super easy to clean. Futhermore, it's very durable and I have had no problems with it.
I really recommended to fellow PC gamers: amateurs, or pro's, it's useful at every level.
Visit the store now, you won't be disapointed.

I had a problem with my mouse where it stopped working all of a sudden. and when I contacted support they were really sweet and offered me a new one for free, I love their company and I enjoy buying stuff from them.

I have been a long time customer of Tecknet products and recently had to submit an extended warranty claim for a Tecknet 10,000mah powerbank (previously purchased via Amazon UK) due to a failed USB-A port which would no longer charge my devices. This occured 20mths after purchase. The claim was submitted on the basis of their 3-year extended warranty provided by product registration within 90 days of purchase. The powerbank is an excellent one and I have three of them, two of which continue to work well.

I submitted my claim via email to Tecknet UK support and they responded promptly. Following several email exchanges to verify the fault, I subsequently was refunded my full purchase price for the powerbank via Amazon UK (where I had initially purchased the product). The refund was provided as they no longer sell that model of powerbank.

I would like to express my gratitude to Tecknet support for their excellent customer support and warranty service. This is a company which stands by their products indeed.

I had a great experience with this company. My mouse developed a fault after quite a while, but because it was still under warranty, they honored it immediately. They shipped out a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to me. It’s rare to find such honest and efficient after-sales service these days. Thank you!

I've been using my Tecknet keyboard for a year now. When a problem finally came up, the customer service was top-notch. They solved my issue quickly and even sent a replacement. I’m very happy with both the product and the way they handle their business!

A month agol bought Tecknet door chimes because I was fed up buying batteries, I was very pleased with the ones I chose, I am deaf and I didn't have any problem hearing the chimes , they were just a nice size, not too big and they didn't need a battery for the door push either.

Excellent customer service, problem dealt with in a quick, prompt and efficient manner.

I bought a doorbell that unfortunately decided to work intermittently after a couple of months

Ella at Tecknet was excellent in firstly offering advice on what to try to identify/fix the problem and when it became clear I had a faulty doorbell a full refund was issued immediately,

I could not have asked for any better customer service and had no hesitation in ordering another doorbell from Tecknet

I bought a Tecknet mouse on Amazon and it worked really well for about a year before developing an issue. I contacted Tecknet customer support directly, and they immediately offered a replacement with no hassle. Really impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled it.

The doorbell is a really great price, and the instructions are very clear and simple. The adhesive pad to attach the push button works well and customer service were very helpful when I reached out to ask about adding a second chime/receiver - they don't sell these separately, which would be helpful, but pairing the new chime to the existing push button unit was really straightforward. I like the brightly coloured sign to draw attention to the push button, too, as people do otherwise seem to miss the doorbell and just knock instead! Quick and clear responses from customer service when I emailed them too. Definitely recommend.

Really happy with the products and the support from Tecknet. I reported a problem with a door bell system and received an immediate reply. Once the customer support person had gathered a bit more info, I was sent a replacement, which arrived very quickly. I was so impressed by the service that I ordered a second unit for another room in the house. :)

I have had a number of Items from Tecknet and this time I had an issue with one of the lights - I reached out and they quickly came back with an acceptable solution and this was resolved speedily - really nice to see a company that actually cares about their customers. The solar lights I have are easy to fit and work really well - I have 2 placed in an external stairway and they are very bright when needed. First class service - thank you

I bought a pc mouse via Amazon on october 2024 and few days ago I had some issues with it. I contacted the customer care service explanning what was happening and they give some help trying to fix the issue. Once they got that the issue wasn't fixable, they offered me to send me a new item for free. So after few day I had my new mouse. Really great job!

One of our 3 wireless doorbells stopped ringing. I contacted customer services and had a very prompt, courteous and helpful reply to my email. The problem was not resolved after carrying out a reset procedure and I receive a replacement doorbell unit in the post.

The delivery fast,the bell itself does the job I want it to do by being loud enough and flashing plus with the three plugs I can have one in each room,so I have no excuse of not answering the door, wonderful.for someone hard of hearing even with aids in it's a blessing

Great after-sales service. Bought a remote ring bell 6 months ago and one of the speakers stopped working. I contacted Tecknet via email and had quick response and they sent a replacement in just a few days. Congrats for the service.
