An example of good customer service.

When the doorbell stopped working, I contacted Technet who dealt with the matter promptly and efficiently by providing a replacement which is now set up and working. All within a week, so very pleased with their service.

Great company

Great company, bought a doorbell and had issue with one receiver - emailed them and got a quick reply with advice how to try and get the receiver working and if this didnt work offer to send replacement- advice worked and receiver now working - effective communication great customer service many thanks

Fabulous customer service

Great product which became faulty. This happens & with good customer service isn't a problem. The service was faultless. Fast responses & replacement quickly sent out. Sadly this is very rare.

Replacement of broken doorbell.

Suddenly one of our doorbell ringers stopped working! I had bought it from Amazon and the seller’s page explained I’d need to contact Tecket in case of a fault. I did, not expecting much!
Well I was wrong! Within 2 days they had responded to my email, requested details of where I purchased the bell and my full address. Within a week, I had a brand new doorbell. Very,very good customer service, will try to use them again.

My Tecknet door bell stopped working…

My Tecknet door bell stopped working after 2 months.
I contacted the supplier who responded immediately and after several e mails between us, they confirmed a replacement door bell would be dispatched. It arrived within a couple of days and is working perfectly. Excellent customer service.

Simply The Best

What can I say??? TECKNET ARE FABULOUS.... I always use Tecknet products when I buy for my computer etc and recently I had a bit of a problem with a keyboard I purchased, the backlight did not work as I hoped it would, got in touch with the company and straight away my concerns were sorted out, a new keyboard was delivered with no hesitation and it works perfectly. Premium high-DPI mouse at an unbeatable price. I purchased a couple of wireless mice from the Tecknet brand three years ago, and I've been using them ever since. I'm extremely satisfied with their performance— the cursor responsiveness is 100% accurate, with no jumping or lag, moving smoothly at all times. Plus, it offers a wide range of DPI settings, with six adjustable levels to choose from.

First Class Customer Service

I have purchased three wireless doorbells with plug-in receivers over the past couple of years for myself and for family members. My own doorbell started to malfunction after a couple of years - the bell push wasn't releasing fully after being pushed so it couldn't reset itself for the next visitor. I contacted Tecknet to call on the warranty and they couldn't have been more helpful. I received a replacement bellpush unit and new receivers within a couple of days and now have a fully functioning doorbell once again. How refreshing to receive good customer service these days - thank you Tecknet for great products and great service.

Dreadful product & customer service

Dreadful product & customer service, When installed it worked, however keeps going off randomly, thought the day and night. I've had to disconnect from the power source as we can not sleep. emailed tecknet, no response as of yet.
