Needed advice with a Tecknet doorbell…

Needed advice with a Tecknet doorbell that was going off randomly. Replaced battery and all worked again. Had the doorbell about 3 years. Same thing happened again and so replaced battery again, but did not work this time. Was in contact with Tecknet, who responded quickly to my queries and suggested that I purchased a new one as item was out of guarantee, and that they would give me a discount on it, and which they did. All contact was carried out in a helpful and courteous manner. Extremely good service and surprising in this day and age.

Excellent Customer Service

Purchased a few items from Tecknet and I have always been happy with them. On this occasion an item I purchased a couple of years ago broke down. I contacted customer support and they were extremely efficient and sent replacement right away. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had a three door bell set just over 6…

I had a three door bell set just over 6 months ago and a problem developed, the Customer service is brilliant' had an email back from them a couple of days latter asking for a bit mor information which I duly replied too. very next day received email to say that replacement was on its way, parcel arrived within two days. In this day and age, to have company deal with a problem like this, is fantastic, no delay in answering a email, no fobbing you off or making promise that they know are not going to keep, this company will go a long way. Thank you.

A great firm to deal with

A great firm to deal with. I bought a wireless door bell about 10 months ago, one of the units developed a fault. On contacting support I got a very quick positive response and a new unit was dispatched without fuss. Equipment is excellent and I would definitely buy from them again

Good return experience

My Technet mouse had an issue with the mousewheel, and the company replaced it straight away free of charge. The suport staff were also quite nice to deal with, and so far the replacement works great.

Purchased Teknet bluetooth mouse via…

Purchased Teknet bluetooth mouse via Amazon. Developed some pairing probalem after 2 months use.
I had lost the 1 month retyurn option via Amazon.
Contacted the manufacturer who quickly sent me a replacement and let me keep the old mouse. I am very impressed with the after salew care.

Excellent customer service.

I also bought this door alarm for my parents who are in their 90’s. I had it installed and it worked perfectly for a couple of weeks then stopped working. As I didn’t install the alarm I contacted customer services and asked if they would send me instructions on how to pair the the two items ,which they promptly did and with much detail. Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful and the company , with out any issue, replaced the items promptly at no extra cost. I highly rate their customer service.

One of the receivers of my Tecknet doorbell failed after 5 months. Tecknet customer service department acted swiftly and replaced the system within a few days. I highly recommend them. They deserve 5 stars +++ rating.

Excellent customer service

I cannot speak too highly of the response I received from customer service for a faulty product. My electronic doorbell failed after eight months. Replacement item requested by email. Response from customer service was instant. A replacement was sent within days. Exceptional service.

We purchased a new doorbell with two receivers from Tecknet and realised that another receiver upstairs would be an advantage. We contacted the company who were extremely prompt, confirmed that an additional one would be compatible and gave very clear instructions about how to pair them all. I can't speak more highly of their customer service. 5 stars.

I ordered a door bell through amazon. It arrived faulty so i contacted the company directly who quickly arranged a delivery of a new bell and sorted everything out very quickly. I sent the model number name address order number etc and it was all resolved very quickly with clear instructions

Don’t hesitate to call them they are the best

I contacted the company when one of the receivers on my door bell stopped working . They were extremely helpful .asked me to check serial number and to make sure it wasn’t in mute mode which it wasn’t .agreed straight away to replace and the item arrived within a few days . keyboard and mouse issue

I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse from Tecknet in May last year.
Over the past week the mouse has been lagging and instead of 1 or 2 clicks I was having to click multiple times before it worked.
I contacted Technet support on the 11th June asking if they could give me any advice on the problem, I recived an email back apologising for my inconvenience and giving me a couple of things to try to solve the problem, it did not work so I replied to the email telling them and they said they would send me a new keyboard and mouse to replace it.
The replacement arrived on the 15th June and works great.
Customer service from Tecknet is superb absolutely excellent, I asked for help on the 11th June and recived an replacement on the 15th.
What more can I say absolutely fantastic service from this company.
