Dreadful product & customer service, When installed it worked, however keeps going off randomly, thought the day and night. I've had to disconnect from the power source as we can not sleep. emailed tecknet, no response as of yet.

I bought this doorbell from Amazon UK. I made the mistake of screwing the receiver on to the same place as my previous bell but there was not enough space for it. It was difficult to remove without damaging the receiver so I contacted Tecknet and the service was fantastic. They asked for photos, which I sent and lo and behold, a couple of days later, I got a new receiver through the post! Just need to pair the new receiver with the plug in bells and that is it. Wonderful, thank you Tecknet!

Ordered 2 colours of their "silent" mouse.

Have to say im disappointed.

There is still quite a bit of noise compared to the superior Logitech M220 i use everyday.

Quality and shape of mouse are fine but the scroll wheel is quite "rough" on the skin of the finger compared to the much smoother feel on the Logitech Mouse.

Finally the tecknet website is the only time i have had problems with chrome address autofill.

I saw my address on the order form was correct but it changed to then delete my street name and number.
I did not know this happened until i got a very irate postman who had spent 20 minutes trying to find out where i lived so he could deliver the mouse !

So i did a test pretend purchase on their website and it autofilled correctly only then a second later to remove my street name and number !

Only 1 mouse arrived despite ordering within minutes of each other so i look forward to another irate postman visit tomorrow....as long as this one also works out where i live !

EDIT : They had the decency to apologise and refunded both orders. Very classy and while it cannot change the experience it does give you immense confidence that they are there for the customers and that is rare today. Thanks

My 3yr old doorbell stopped working, and needed a new transmitter. After contacting Tecknet, who tried to help in every way, they very kindly decided to send a new system without having to return the old. Should be with me in the next few days. Received a set of Bluetooth earbuds but one of the pair was completely devoid of life and would not turn on or charge after days of charging. I wrote to Tecknet Support who were able to replace the product without hassle. The new set arrived in good time and work perfectly. Polite and efficient after sales service, i'm very happy.

I purchased a power bank from tecknet.co.uk during Black Friday and unfortunately the product did not live up to expectations.

I contacted customer support via email to request a return and not only did they reply back within a day, they were very friendly and eager to sort out my issue. 

In the end, they allowed me to keep the power bank and refunded me for the total amount paid.
I would order from them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I had purchased a power bank with Tecknet but the product had issues with recharging. Quickly, support have fixed the issue without any hassle and this made my experience much better with Tecknet. I would definitely try to order frequently from Tecknet considering their support.
