Cars are offsite so you have to call and arrange a pickup. Went well although a little tough to follow the video they sent to the pickup spot. Car somewhat older but ran fine. Had a scratch on rear quarter panel when someone hit the car while parked but rep. said it was small so didn't charge me for it.

Everything went smoothly and was extremely well organized. From picking up the new and clean vehicle to sorting out damage I caused myself. I can highly recommend gomega to anyone who wants to rent a car in Crete.

Good experience from shuttle pick up at airport (only couple of minutes to their office) to return of car at end of rental period.
Very efficient and friendly staff. Basic car as chosen and no issues whatsoever. Booked through Discover cars but will probably book direct next time.

this is by far the best experience with a car rental company. everything worked super smoothly and was very easy. I rented with the full coverage package and didn’t have to inspect the car before or after the rental. you can pay to them directly the tanking at the end so no need to do an extra stop for gas. super easy and reliable!

After arriving at Heraklion Airport, we waited no more than five minutes before the driver and a few others took me to the rental location where I already could fill out the paperwork. While this was happening, the remaining passengers were picked up, and everything was arranged in no more than half an hour. Fantastic service! Oh, and after returning the rental car, I discovered a pair of sunglasses had been left in the vehicle, which were duly sent!

Possibly the best and most straight forward car rental experience I've ever had.

I was looking to hire a car for our recent holiday to Crete. I looked at all the "cheap" car hire companies and read their reviews (not good, mainly horror stories).

When I looked at the car rental companies with the best reviews, Gomega were one of the top ones. And when I compared their prices for the week’s rental, along with the full insurance they only worked out about €10 more expensive anyway.

From start to finish the experience with Gomega was excellent. They are incredibly friendly, and they are easy to deal with. They come and pick you up from the airport, you sign the paperwork (give them all your relevant details online first), and off you go.

On return you drop the car off and they take you back to the airport, which is just 2 mins up the road. It couldn't be simpler.

I will certainly be hiring from them again on our next trip to Crete. And I would recommend anybody going to Crete to hire a car from them.

Top Gomega tip: Pay for them for the fuel on your return rather than filling up at a petrol station before you return the car. Around 30c/litre cheaper.

Friendly staff, all as expected in regards to procedures, car condition as new.

No strigs attached, I receive the car insurance deposit just after 2 days i returned the car.Totaly recomend ! EXCELENT SERVICE !!!
