My power bank stopped working, I emailed twice but had no reply despite the lifetime warranty. A lot of money to lose,hoping they will reach out to resolve it after this review

Includes a power-level led indicator.
And from recycled materials constructed in the UK too! Time to open a China-based branch!

I had an ordering problem due to incorrect labelling which wasn't quite caught in time, and Gomi rectified the situation fully, in good time, without arguing, and with a named individual. Absolutely excellent service.
The actual products themselves are first rate, that almost goes without saying.

Love the ethos of Gomi Design. Ordered nettle charger/powerbank and a cable. Charger is great. Much better than any I have owned before. Very fast charging, long lasting, light, sturdy, cool. Looking forward to using their cable too. Despite emailing support@gomi design twice about the wrong cable being delivered, they were a wee bit slow in responding. Turns out I had ordered the wrong one and they are sending me the right one. So it's really 4 and a half stars..

I love the 'recycling' aspect of the whole operation and I've had amazing customer support from the Gomi team.

Ordered 2 power banks and a charging cable. Everything is super solid, feels very high quality and has been working great. I had an issue with the charging cable as the weave came loose and wires were poking out. The process of getting it replaced was free, quick and easy. Can't fault them at all. Will definitely be using gomi whenever I need tech products in the future.

Fast delivery and a very sturdy product without being too heavy. I had a hospital stay and was able to charge two devices using my power bank while there, and still had some power left when I got home. Very pleased with my purchase

PLEASE DON'T BUY THE TRACKERS
I was unfortunate enough to make the mistake of buying a tracker, an amazing concept but impressively poor product, first of all setup is impossible, the instructions say to double click and I will hear one beep, IT DID NOT RESPOND I then go onto the website where it says to set it up hold down for 3 seconds (conflicting previous instructions) after spending an hour only getting a random response of multiple beeps after holding it down for multiple seconds I went back to the website as the manual promoted having a YouTube video, there is no YouTube links or videos on the website or any posts on YouTube including the word gomi tracker, after all of this I try to reset it by taking out the battery and putting it back in, I undid the screws and spent another half an hour struggling to gain access to the battery, after finally managing to pop of the rubber I took the battery out for 30 seconds and put it back in where I was met with the new problem of trying to get the cap back on, another impossible feat which has left the product scratched up. This product is a waste of time with a worse battery life then an apple tracker, impossible to set up and left the person that gifted me this feeling upset. I am disappointed as the concept of the product is amazing. My experience as a consumer has been miserable and my friends experience as an investor has been just as disappointing. My biggest advice for any potential customers is don't... and my advice for Gomi is to heavily invest in customer experience. Let's hope their customer service is better than their products!

Great concept – we should all be supporting initiatives that avoid waste and design circularity into the products we buy. Super responsive team, solved my delivery problem by return. I love my powerbank!Good luck with all the success you guys rightly deserve :)

I love the idea of each item being original. My phone charger is beautifully designed and charges my phone faster than any plug in. I am impressed

I purchased a wireless charger but when it came didn’t work with my Samsung S21. I had trouble contacting the company and eventually managed through Insta - they sent me a returns label which I didn’t get so had to wait for the second. Once I had sent it back they promptly refunded my money. I asked whether the charger had a fault or whether it just didn’t work with my kind of phone - but never got a reply. Quite disappointing really.

Received my Gomi power bank today. It was beautifully packaged and the design on it is incredible and all from recycled material!!! If your business wants to stand out at the next conference you do, then these are something that will get you remembered!!!

I keep looking at my power bank... it's a beautiful object. I got one of the limited edition 'landscapes' ones. I leave it out on my desk quietly hoping that people will ask me about it.

Usually we think of electronics as being utilitarian, perfunctory objects, so it's lovely to be reminded that the items we use every day can also spark joy!

Used my power bank recently, 3 days away and 2 iPhones, 1 iPad and 1 iWatch all to charge, only needed to charge up the power bank when we returned home. Fast charging, cool design and better for the planet.

I love my powerbank! i am always supporting companies that are eco-conscious, sustainable and environmentally friendly.

I bought my power bank in October 2024 and love it. I’ve had a small problem with the cable which I emailed about a few days ago and it was resolved instantly with minimal impact by Andrew. Fantastic process - a lot of people could learn something from Gomi Design!

Fantastic piece of kit - looks great and packs a punch for its size.

I decided to treat myself to a unique gomi power bank after umming and ahhing about spending the money. I have no regrets. The customer service was wonderful (after ordering, I spotted a version I wanted even more and gomi replied almost instantly to say this was no problem and that my order would be swapped). The charger itself is beautiful and feels like a special item I will keep for life. It feels good to support a small business doing good for the environment. Thanks gomi!
