Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. Ordered a simple small meeting room solution which turned out to not to work properly in the way it had been advertised - despite being touted by the manufacturer as doing precisely that. We had waited months for the item, but its performance and connectivity awful.

I raised the issue immediately (Not working effectively over wifi, nor the client software for screensharing etc) with manufacturer and supplier and support was outstandingly bad. Manufacturer admitted the sub-optimal performance so I requested a refund.

What followed was a protracted dispute and Meetingstore demanding a 50% restocking fee, despite the tech being unfit for its intended use. It seemed insane to pay half as much again for no solution so the item sits unused. A huge waste of time and money.

I would advise people to shop elsewhere.

Great !

Best price I could find online and very quick next day delivery (although it was paid for). Very good customer service, Kinga kept me updated on the delivery and even checked in after delivery to make sure everything was good. Can't recommend more !

Bad experience turned around by customer service.

At first, experience wasn't great as an item I ordered was unavailable as the website stock levels were incorrect. However, Kinga, the customer service representative contacted me direct told me the issue and tracked delivery on the item into the country and told me when to expect the item. If everyone of your customers receive the service I did from Kinga then you are doing well.

Taking Communication To A Higher Level

Ordering from the website was a straightforward and pain free experience. Once the order was accepted we received non-automated updates from the company leaving no uncertainty over the status. A refreshing change from many suppliers who rely on vague status titles from their ecommerce CRM, which frequently leave purchasers in the dark. I am much more inclined to give my business to a company that offers a more personalised approach, without attempting to make another sale, than one that just supplies goods at the lowest price. Although it doesn't hurt that Meeting Store also offered the lowest price from the many retailers we researched.

Incredible service!
Was sceptical of the product availability after being let down by a few suppliers with false stock levels. Checked stock availability with Meeting Store via webchat who promptly confirmed the items are available for immediate dispatch.
Placed the order and true to their word the items arrived a couple of days later. Better still, I got three personalised (or they certainly felt personalised) in-flight status updates from Kinga in customer service. A lot of other suppliers just drop a tracking link and blame everything else on the courier, not here!

Tell the truth about delivery therefore…

Tell the truth about delivery therefore sales depth needs telling off. Let the customer know when the order is arriving and that its coming in two deliveries not one. Sack your warehouse people who can't even communicate with you customer service people properly. You've only got a one because kinga did her best.

Ryan is a professional

Ryan went out of his way to make sure the product I wanted was available and checked it could be delivered next day by a calling me back to ensure this would be possible. Tracking supplied and emails with updates from them
This was delivered to the office early the next day as promised allowing us to complete our build.
