Your E-Comerce Credit Card online…
Your E-Comerce Credit Card online payment is not compliant with the new credit card authorisation standards so I had to pay by BACS as my cared provider blocked a payment on your site. Other than that the service was good and goods arrived quickly.

So sorry to hear you had problems paying by card. we have the latest version that is fully compliant but I am aware that there have been some customers who the 3D secure popup didn't show correctly so the payment failed. It is being worked on as a matter of urgency.

Unexpected Stocking Issues, Stellar service
The item was out of stock, when there wasn't any indication it was. However the service and communication was top class and we were always updated on the status of the item and when it was being shipped.

They were very helpful. We ordered various Yealink meeting room devices and even when, due to a miscommunication over a quote, we didn't receive all the items we were expecting they quickly arranged with Yealink to organise the parts we required and had them shipped to us.
Great all round experience and were the cheapest for the items we needed.
