I’ve been a customer of Gomo since they first introduced the unlimited SIM cards for €9.99. Always found the service excellent when I chatted to agents on line as I did today. Very helpful and polite to deal with.
False advertising of services
False advertising of services, terrible website, promises the sun moon and stars but hasn't delivered. Currently I am unable to pay my bill online and as such cannot make a phone call or use internet outside of home WIFI. No alternative ways given on the website such as a BIC or IBAN to pay my bill.
I wouldnt even give it one star, abismal service.
Avoid if you value customer service.
Sim arrived quickly but I wasn't due to move until my current contract was up. Got billed for it anyway. When I contacted Customer Care, Andrew made me feel like I was the biggest idiot in the world because I didn't go through the Ts & Cs with a fine tooth comb to see that the date I want my number to move isn't the same date I start with GoMo.
Cancelled then within the 14 days only to be issued with more Ts&Cs that say they're keeping my money anyway.
None of their email correspondence has a name attached which just makes it all feel worse. It harks back to the old Eir/Meteor days unfortunately.
I'd contact ComReg but they're site keeps crashing which would indicate just how much use they are too.

Spoke to Rebecca via webchat as my simcard stopped working internationally. Thought it was the phone but she sorted my problem out timely as the error was on my side. Should be up and running shortly.
Good for GoMo having the webchat because without a functioning simcard, you can't call anybody or receive one-time pins.

Calls drop randomly if they even make it through it all. Customer service seem to start of from the place that they assume all customers are complete idiots and then pretend the don't understand anything at all you tell them. Typical poo bag company. Definitely on the nasty ( not cheerful) end of the cheap scale. Not recommend.

I moved a elderly person over to GoMo from Three as it was going from €30 down to €15 a month but the issues was crazy.
She was on the service for a month were we noticed the following
1) Incoming calls would never work, you could call and when they answered it would hang up straight away and they would need to call back
2) mobile data worked 30% of the time (even with full service)
3) outgoing texts would come from the original number & not the number that we ported over
When contacting support they would blame all issues on other networks (Vodafone, three etc) and couldn't resolve them.
I moved her over to 48 after these awful experiences where everything worked wonderfully and no issues so far.
I highly suggest staying away from GoMo if you want a reliable service! If you are looking for something to cause stress & weeks of no service, not being able to get incoming calls etc then go for 48

Terrible customer service, I have tried to cancel my plan every month and they still charge me even though I have gone online and cancelled .. it doesn’t acknowledge cancellation and cannot contact anyone!
