I had touched something on my phone and it was locked and couldn't get into it, so the gentleman sorted it for me. It only took him a few minutes . Very friendly man.

The Go Mobile branch I use in Frome is excellent and have continued to use them for at least eight years now. Have just updated with a new Iphone 11 and enjoying getting to use it. The manager and staff in Frome are extremely helpful, efficient and more than pleasant to do buisness with.

I am very happy I went in for a sim only deal as my contract was up I was looking to pay around £10 a month but the lovely man in the shop got it down to £8 for me he has saved me £17 a month for my phone I will definitely be going back! Absolutely lovely customer service! :)

I went in to the shop they were very help full. Polite and kind. They helped me pick my phone. They even set it up for me. I said I wanted to keep my number. They explained every thing to me. They even pick a new phone case for me. Ask what colour I wanted I said red. Ask what network I was on I said ee so said why don't you go on 02 I said alright then I will. Do now I am on a monthly contract. I left very happy. Thank you.

Haydn, in the Ripon shop, was especially helpful and patient as three of us switched our phones and plans. He's a good one!!

I have used Go Mobile for my last 4 or 5 upgrades. The staff are friendly, polite, happy. They are up to date on all brands and models of phones. Having told them my requirements they presented me with several options, explained the differences and were never pushy and never rushed me. They made sure I had the correct phone for my needs. Brilliant.

I went in to the Ripley store last week to ask for advice on a new mobile phone. Jason spent lots of time running through different options with me. Thank you so much for your advice, I will definitely use your service again.

The girl in the shop was so helpful and knew exactly how to solve my problem. She offered me a selection of appropriate phones to choose from, all of which were extremely good value. She couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant.

Have used these guys in Newton Abbot for about 3-4 years they are excellent, friendly, very helpful and so nice to deal with.
