Went to upgrade our phones and rob was very good and sorted out our new phones. Everything was moved from our old phones to the new ones without any problems and I would use go mobile again. Thank you

The managers/staff at Go Mobile in Melton Mowbray are always extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. You can contact them at any time and know that they will do their upmost to sort out any problems and will always give good advise. I have been a customer of theirs for a number of years. I think that speaks volumes.

Went to the Sidmouth branch recently to change from my existing contract to a SIM only. The Manager, I believe, was very helpful. He took a lot of trouble to find me the best deal and all the directions that he wrote down worked well. I was impressed.

I went into my local go mobile (Brixham) for some help with my phone, the young man serving was so helpful friendly and totally understood my problem. In the end I decided to change my phone, now my old phone had some precious photos on, I left my phone with the guy who kindly transferred all my photos apps contact etc onto my new phone, nothing was to much trouble. I rate this guy 5 stars and highly recommend him thank you for everything you did for me

The staff were helpful in finding the best deal for me , this is the third time I've used the Chard shop. They wee patient in explaining each step whilst they transferred details from my old phone and how to use my new phone, I felt I could pop in if ever I had a problem.

Both the salesmen were very helpful - explaining clearly what my options were, how the purchase & setup was to be managed etc and offering further help at any time.

I had a problem with my iPhone which is contract that was bought through another business. I didn't want to travel to Exeter so went in to the Okehampton shop, I explained I was not a Go Mobile customer and asked if the young man could help. He was so nice and sorted my problem out in a friendly and professional manner. I was worried about safety in the pandemic but I felt very safe . I would recommend this store and when my contract is up I will be going there

My phone suffered sudden death at a critical time for being contactable( no it’s not normally that important!!) .
The advisor in Gomobile Totnes listened to what I needed and was able to sort me an ideal replacement and a good choice of deals with it. At no time was there any suggestion of sales pitches; just good customer skills - listening, matching and advising. Thankyou!
