Launceston branch. A retiree and nervous of upgrading but knew it was time. The service I had was excellent and the new phone all set up for me. Absolutely delighted.

Sidmouth GoMobile. Up grading my old phone,I had excellent advice, patiently explained, and further clarified when I phoned next day. Good to be able to shop locally, they are Very good with this confused elderly, and have good sense of humour!

We purchased two phones from the Sidmouth branch of Go Mobile recently, and they were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble…..excellent communication and explanation to two OAP’s.
Everything about this transaction was first class. These guys go above and beyond what is expected…..and we are two very happy customers. A big thank you to Nuno for your patience and good humour. 6 stars at least.

Recently upgraded iPhone, arranged sim contract for my previous iPhone [donated to hubby] + changed service provider. All very successful thanks to Vicky at Belper who was extremely helpful. Vicky also helped sort out a couple of issues that arose later due to my scant knowledge of technology. I can truly recommend GoMobile and especially give thanks to Vicky who is also friendly, efficient, patient & approachable

I recently bought a Samsung A10 from the GoMobile phone shop on Keynsham High Street and received excellent (and friendly) service and advice there. I had one or two minor problems in the following days and they were sorted out quickly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend you go here if you need a new phone.

James the manager of Go Mobile Keynsham, does not merely sell mobile phones, he helps the customer chose the right phone and then takes time to configure the phone if the customer is struggling. He then explains how the new phone works. He is an outstanding tutor and clearly enjoys helping people.

Super service in Belper with Vicky! On holiday in the area with huge issues with my phone having died so she not only arranged me with a new phone and contract she helped me set it all up too as I’m useless! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Vicky you really saved the day

Tremendous service from Josh at Go Mobile in Launceston, despite the lockdown difficulties. in a long telephone call he sorted out purchasing a new iPhone 12, found a good deal from Sky, and later set up the phone and transferred stuff from my iPhone 4S.
A friendly and excellent service, highly recommended!

My iPhone 8 died and Apple support could only offer an expensive repair (possibly) at a cost of £200. Nitan and Mark confirmed the fault in the phone and suggested an upgrade to an IPhone11. Despite Covid restrictions which meant phone contact only, they effected the upgrade - and did the same for my wife at the same time - to new phones. They also arranged better and cheaper contracts with a different supplier. All this cost less than the estimated repair cost - amazing! All data transferred to the new phones and all achieved in 24 hours or so.

I was really pleased with the service at Totnes Go-mobile. The help and advice was just perfect. Peter sorted me out first, and then Lee. Both were very personable, and efficient, and professional. They are on the side of the customer, and very patient. That's why people go back.

We went into the Belper Shop to have a SIM card put back into an older phone. Vicky not only explained the procedure whilst doing the change but went on to suggest our alternatives with the newer phone.
Somehow during the conversation Sky was mentioned and we discussed a new Sky package that saved us a considerable amount on our current deal.
We will certainly return to this shop for any future requirements as Vicky was not only knowledgeable but made us feel extremely confident that we had received excellent advice and good service. We hope her Company appreciates her.

So vicky who works in the belper store is brilliant at her job . She was being above and beyond helpfull towards my mum who was purchasing a contract phone. Was made to feel very welcome, even under restrictions and Covid.

Tom Taylor (salesman) was friendly,helpful and knowledgable. Took time to explain things clearly which was great for me as a pensioner with little technical knowledge.Would highly recommend Go Mobile.

I was helped by a very polite chap called Harry, he made the transfer from my phone stress free and assured me if I have problems using the phone to go back in store and they will help!!
