- a link to do a survey is circulating online for an offer of 120 pesos after you did a survey it guarantees you the bag for 120 pesos.
- when i paid for it and created my account online it doesn't show my order so i chatted with them and a rep confirmed there's no order for such bag so i canceled my account with them same day and i received a confirmation a day after yesterday.

Claim to be selling boxes of clothes and accessories. You provide your size and it is pot luck with regard to items received, but the low cost makes it worth a punt. However, there is sneaky small print which signs you up for a subscription - so sneaky I didn't see it and I'm usually very thorough. Fortunately my bank were very on the ball.

Genuine deals don't need to be hidden or sneaky.

Avoid at all costs.

I'll update further when the box arrives. Or if it doesn't.

Update 18/01/2025: Gomoreshoes have contacted Trustpilot to ask for more information. Trustpilot have included a link so I can provide my personal details to Gomoreshoes. Gomoreshoes already have my information as I purchased a box of clothes which still has not arrived and they then attempted to take monies from my account which were not authorised. I have repeatedly attempted to liaise with Gomoreshoes to discuss the matter. They have not provided me with one single piece of information or any reasonable response. I have, on the other hand, been inundated with emails acknowledging my requests, swiftly followed by requests to review their (non-existent) customer service.

I think it is a poor approach of Trustpilot to threaten to consider my review fake if I don't provide this information. I have already informed Gomoreshoes that failure to provide a response will result in me making a complaint to the CMA and also to the Police.

Update: 19/01/2025 I'm still being asked by Trustpilot to provide further information to Gomoreshoes. I will not be doing this as I can evidence multiple attempts to elicit information, being bombarded with requests for customer service feedback without having received any viable information.

I have done further investigations into this business. They are flagged on other sites as a scam business, including Scamdoc, Scam Detector, Scam Watcher, Kefthala .... all .com sites.

I have also further reviewed the Trustpilot reviews and most of the 5* and 4* ones appear to be fake. There's very little substance to their reviews. Whereas many of the negative reviews report similar experiences with appropriate detail and which also align with the many negative reports to be found on other websites. It's astonishing that Trustpilot have not worked this out.

It is a scam, they run ads that look like you buying something for very good price but you signing up for subscription. After I contacted customer service. First they promised refund after I told them I will write bad review. 7-10 days they said... After 10 days nothing. I contacted them again and they said no refund or if I write good review they can do something about it... So you know they are no serious company, go buy your stuff somewhere else. You are welcome:-)

The customer complaint has been a bad experience of my life when I was trying to get a refund.
