I love the Chime but very disappointed with the design and bag. For the price there really should have been a better designed bag. The bag is just a light-weight cylindrical flimsy bag. I feel like the chimes get damaged being all mushed together in that tiny bag. My chimes also don’t look symmetrical or as advertised. The edges of the chime on either side don’t create sharp diagonals, the craftsmen ship looks really careless—to the point that other people have pointed it out. I still feel like the sound is lovely but not as great sounding as others I’ve heard online. Overall, I like it but I don’t love it and I don’t feel the money I spent matched the product I was given. I would consider another vendor if I had to do it all over again.

I have a sound healing practice and I have chosen to use these at the very end of an hour long session, putting them on a persons heart and solar plexus....very powerful and subtle dynamics of sounds that resonate through the body.

Seems like a wonderful company but the product we ordered wasn't good. It was just too soft for our bell and we could barely hear it more than 30 ft away. They responded quickly to our request for a return

My first gong purchase... Gong itself seems like this is a great value. Sounds great. The included mallet works well however I feel the need to upgrade it for some reason.

received my chimes in a timely matter, and was able to track the shipment at all times

I was given an old gong by a man in his 80s who, by self admission, keeps everything because “You never know when it might be needed (hoarder by current terms, charming by all who know him). The internet revealed no clues as to its identity.
I thought it would be a unique patio addition placed just below the Tibetan prayer flags. I ordered a basic “C” stand. Easy to assemble, sturdy, appealing to the eye after gong attachment. Delivery was fast and securely packaged. Seems like a quality product from a quality company. I would of liked to have had an additional, small hook on the side of the stand to hang the mallet. Overall very happy with the product.

I am in LOVE with my new Grotta Sonora gong ~ and Gongs Unlimited was fabulous to work with! Staff quickly responded to my inquiries, and shipped my gong, stand, and mallets out so quickly, carefully packaged, etc. One of the best features of the website is the ability to listen to a sound clip of each gong, using various mallets. This took all the guess work out of making a selection. Unlike some other shops, they prioritize customer service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would have! Many thanks!!

Gong was wrapped very well for shipment but not too much padding - just bubble wrap and lots of brown paper. Its sturdy enough though. Mallets were secured to center, allowing you to (gently!) roll the gong out of the box.
As for the gong itself, it has an incredible sound. The Atlantis gongs have a little less crash and a little more deep reverb. It had some very small scratches on the front rim, but hardly noticeable from more than a foot away. Likely just a shipping scuff. I am overall very satisfied with the whole experience.
