This is life saviour for me

This is life saviour for me. First I was in dilemma about having Gonoknok thinking that does it make in difference. But I was wrong since I have Gonoknok I never missed on single parcel delivery plus my parcels are safe inside the box rather than getting wet in rain. Plus it saved my trips to collection centre.
So I will definitely recommend this young busy families who want to save their time.

This box has transformed my deliveries

This box has transformed my deliveries! Got rid of the plant pots which used to hide the parcels (poorly!) and instead have installed this securely at the side of the house. The system works really well and all my delivery drivers now know exactly where to leave my orders. Gives enormous peace of mind for a shopaholic!
The team were really helpful when I had some questions too. Really happy so far 😊

Request to change review!!!

I keep getting requests to change my review by this company, what is the point in writing reviews when the company consistently tries to have them removed? Trustpilot how can you allow this? This shows Go Nok Nok for what a scam company they are. Most companies try and change what they do for the better, not just try and change the review! It’s not just me it happened to either.

I made an enquiry to Gonoknok about…

I made an enquiry to Gonoknok about GDPR and how it handles my data, they asked for my ID and this raised a concern as I can’t find a registration number for the company being registered with the information commissioners office. The company does not hold a valid registration number to obtain, store or collect such data. Upon making further enquiries with Gonoknok I was informed they don’t require such a number as they trade via Shopify, that may be well, however as Gonoknok are asking you to send your ID via email to them from their email address and not via a secure link. This means they are processing, storing and collecting your data - therefore they need a registration number from the information commissioners office, and when I challenged Gonoknok about I was greeted with abusive staff who then tried to silence me by making threats to take me to court if I reported them.

I have today the 15/01/2025 been threatened again via email to remove my review for what they claim is defamation. The company holds no GDPR registration with the Information Commissioners Office, I have checked the registers the ICO holds, I have also obtained advice from the ICO and lodged a complaint to them regarding Gonoknok not having a registration number. Given what i have already said, they are obtaining your details, storing them etc they are legally required to be registered.

Never miss a parcel again!

I've been using Gonoknok for a year now, and it's been a game-changer for deliveries. No more missed parcels or worrying about them being stolen. The app is easy to use, letting me see who's at the door and even remotely unlock the box. The security features, like the alarm and camera, give me extra peace of mind. Installation was straightforward, and the box is sturdy and weatherproof. I did have a minor issue with the battery life initially, but Gonoknok's customer service was excellent and they resolved it very quickly. Overall, Gonoknok is a fantastic investment for anyone who gets regular deliveries and wants to boost their home security. Highly recommend!"

I was an early adopter of GoNokNok as what they described was exactly what I needed for my small business (as I spend the entire summer working away at festivals). I’ve taken the time to explain to the couriers and postie how it works and we have a smooth and seamless experience every time. I’ve been in contact with GoNokNok and always had excellent customer service! It really is a game changer for small businesses who don’t have a safe place for parcels - I don’t have to worry about my parcels being safely delivered anymore. Good experience

Despite some negative reviews, my experience with NokNok has been positive. I ordered a free box with a £10 monthly subscription. The first box wouldn’t connect, but after reaching out to customer service, they provided a free exchange. The new box connected easily and works great. It’s honestly a clever solution and really takes the pressure off, whether you’re home or not.

I would highly recommend this company and the staff are always on hand when you need them and the team who installed the box for me did a great job and put it in the best place possible for only a small amount of money a month it will save you from missing all them deliveries and sitting in waiting I can now go out and not have to worry about missing another delivery as the box does it All for you I would highly rate Rez for the amazing support and service he as been able to deliver for here’s company

Poor Service, Faulty Product, and Unresponsive Support

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Gonoknok

I had high expectations when I first subscribed to Gonoknok, and the initial sign-up process went smoothly. However, things took a turn for the worse when the device developed a fault, rendering it unusable soon after it arrived. I returned the box using a label provided by Gonoknok, with tracking confirming successful delivery.

Despite this, they continued to charge my account for the subscription, even though the device was never fully installed and was returned in good (albeit faulty) condition. My attempts to contact customer support via email and chat to cancel the subscription have been completely ignored.

To make matters worse, I was unexpectedly charged £199 with no explanation or prior communication. Once again, my efforts to resolve this via email have gone unanswered.

Additionally, from what I’ve observed, Gonoknok’s responses to customer feedback seem more focused on being defensive rather than offering helpful solutions. This lack of accountability and poor customer service has made my experience extremely frustrating and disappointing.

best thing ive every had for my parcels…

best thing ive every had for my parcels when i order it took long as it was on back order for 3 months app has no issuse at all herd ppl not paying there bill to get a freebe wich is bad when i got it only problem was all the mail companys had to be told how to use it lol but hey this smart box is 100 percent best thing i use now even for my small company roasting coffee to order look on my tiktok for the video
