Rez did an exceptional job and provided me with a full overview and introduction of how to set things up and installed the Gonoknok on a hanging post for us which I was really grateful for.
I have had my Goknoknok smart parcel box for a few weeks and it has been so helpful for us in terms of being able to receive packages and as an added benefit be able to monitor the front of our home too for security. The app is easy and quick to access for those moments when someone is ringing the bell button on the device, I can quickly unlock it for them once I verify who they are. Once the box adjusts, unlocking and locking is very easy for anyone and it is very sturdy and secure too. Overall this is very good value for what you get and I believe it is an essential part of the future of online shopping and the delivery experience overall. It makes life easier for everyone involved in that process!

GoNokNok - quality product and service
GoNokNok for me has been great as a night worker who has a daughter addicted to Amazon shopping. Having the parcels left securely in the box during the day has saved me so many interrupted sleep sessions. The quality of the product is very good sturdy and secure.
The software is very good and the app is easy to navigate. The customer support I have received has also been exceptional - I have no hesitation in supporting and promoting this product
Long haul at first and then come good

After a week and half would not work. talking to somebody on chat did not help
I was fed up and angry
Spoke to the boss which did not help,
Finally agreed to send back,
Went on holiday got a email to see if it was sent back,
Anyway tried again to start it up and it works fine sorted out payment plan.
Works good still getting to grips with it all with sending parcels and getting the delivery people to put parcels in the black box on wall,
I will say this though people like to talk to people verbally not through chat on the app,

Genious invention
This box has been a lifesaver for me. I order a lot of items, and most of the time I'm not home. Having control of the app and the ability to unlock the box for couriers to safely deliver the parcel is incredibly helpful. I 100% recommend this GoNokNok.

ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I OWN
I am a cosmetic injector, and my favorite part is that all my medications and other items that can't be left outside now use "gonoknok," which is ideal. In the past, I missed many deliveries because they required a signature, so having a signature inside the lid is perfect for me. The customer service was amazing when I had issues installing it to the wall. They are always friendly and very helpful. I would ignore the bad reviews. It’s a great product, and my security camera on the box actually recorded a robbery taking place outside of my house, so I absolutely recommend it.

Great idea. Terrible execution. Avoid!
Same as other 1 star reviewers. Poor product that doesn’t work. Waited months for delivery (didn’t really mind but was longer than they promised by at least a month).
I tried for approx 8 hours over several weeks trying to set it up. Contacted their support 6 times via email only to be told to the same thing over and over and called a liar “all boxes are tested before leaving the facility”. It WOULD NOT CONNECT! You have to use the camera in the box to scan a QR code on your phone screen but the camera doesn’t scan it no matter how many hours you hold it in front. Nobody will tell you how far to hold it but tried everything from 1” to several feet and everything in between.
I really wanted it to work ‘cause it’s such a good idea. Ended up asking for a refund after weeks and weeks of them not helping nor offering a new box. Finally got some foreign guy call me on a mobile and offered a postage label via email (think I’m one of the lucky ones). Sent it back and within a day had them nagging asking if I’d sent it. Thought this was a good sign and dutifully waited for my refund. Emailed twice more over the coming weeks and got ignored entirely. Had to go through my bank to do a chargeback 5 months after initial purchase. Bank found in my favour after seeing all the screenshots etc.
Great idea for a product. Software and hardware does not live up to the promise however. I would buy this sort of thing from a reputable company in a heartbeat.
Also- latest genetic mail-shot email which prompted me to leave a review is absolutely riddled with spelling errors and threatening “lawyer” (yes, lawyer) against the 45-50 people leaving bad trustpilot reviews. Thought I’d help warn others. I thought I was the only one having problems and would have left well alone if they hadn’t pointed me in the direction of others who’ve had the exact same problem. Please don’t risk your money with this company. They’re just not ready to take on business yet. They need a better product and far better customer services support. Back to the drawing board, GoNokNok.

Still not sure
So had Gonoknok for a few months, and that was after waiting 2 months for delivery. Honestly think the idea is a great one, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.
Pros
- Great idea, so much so I wanted to see if I could try and be part of it, been a small UK startup.
- The box, while initially giving the impression of been flimsy is actually great, and a good size.
- So far it's been quite easy to get delivery people to use it, as it's visible and quite intuitive.
- The monthly subscription model is a good one, and quickly removes the barrier of entry for the system.
Cons
- The company, as a whole seems to be a complete shambles. The order management, PR and support teams are horrendous. I am a highly technical consultant, and after spending about 15 minutes doing the physical installation, I wasted about 1 hour trying to get the software and QR code working. Once that was done, I couldn't get the lid to lock, so reached out to "customer service", which after what can only be described as a "terse" exchange blamed me for not installing the box level. (BTW, if it's such a widespread issue, maybe put a level check step in your instructions) After spending 10 minutes looking at the problem, all it was was the latch catching and a few firm slams resolved. I think the flex of the box partially causes this. Maybe take some time to speak to your customers. Anyway, while having a few flaws with the product ( see below), what made me write this review tonight is the random email I received talking about a change of plan and about all of their dirty laundry, Trustpilot and now how the box is £99 + £9.99. It didn't tell me if I am now expected to pay the £99 reactively or any other details. This is yet another sign of a complete lack of professionalism and makes it hard to trust a business like this, especially when they seem to be threatening to sue 40/50 customers so blatantly. We get there are dodgy folks out there, but get your communication out correctly and professionally to your loyal paying customers. If people find loopholes, learn from it, close them and move on instead of this negative back and forth.
- The product, like I said was quite good. The App was surprisingly mature, and while lacking certain nice to haves like multi Wi-Fi band support (2.4/5 GHZ) and smart home integration, the biggest flaw by far is the large delay in connecting to the box via the app. 7/10 by the time I have connected to the box to view who is there, talk or unlock the delivery person has knocked or rung my doorbell multiple times, forcing me to run for the door defeating one of my main reasons for having this. I have confirmed my WiFi is boosted and strong signal, and don't have the issue on my ting doorbell situated feet from it. After reading a few reviews, I seen I am not alone in this. After my last interaction with support, haven't been bothered to chase it because I can see it's an obvious software issue.
- I think the box would be better if you had an option to connect to mains, instead of using batteries only.
- The ability to keep recordings or photo Pods would be great, and an easy next subscription tier.

New handy product, app needs optimisation
It arrived after a long wait! Installation wasn't too difficult, but I had to talk with them before I could get help. I can already tell that every household will find this useful in the near future. However, I believe app features still need to be improved because now it seems to be at optimisation stages. If you receive have a lot of deliveries, I do recommend it.
I rate the technology 4 stars.

What’s the point in sleep mode
Would deffo be a 5 star I love this box but mine has been stuck in sleep mode for 2 days won’t come out so my box is unusable at the moment and not had a response via chat for assistance I NEED HELP🥺
Highly recommend to never miss a delivery
From customer service to the box itself, 10/10,
The customer service from the start have been excellent, no question too small, have always been polite and responsive, cannot fault them at all,
The product it self is amazing, the box is very large,durable, speaking to companies when dropping a parcel or letters off is as simple as 1,2,3.
It’s super handy when I’m not at home or when I’m a little to lazy to get up from the sofa (oops) and the app is simple and easy to use, if you ever need any help the customer service is always on hand, they’re guides online too,
The team also sends you free mailing bags and labels, my local Royal Mail have complimented the Gonoknok too saying ‘it’s easy and convenient to use’
Really really pleased with the product and I really do recommend it,
IF I could add a useful tip
I know it’s only a new(ish) company, maybe a feature were we can speak to our Siri/alexa/google speakers & phones to say ‘open go nokok’
But still a beautiful and an amazing product, I would super super recommend!!

Excellent Parcel Delivery and Collection System …
I ordered my GoNokNok box a few weeks ago and it has been a game changer. No more having to wait in because the weather is bad and you don’t want the courier to dump your order on the doorstep. I order a lot online which means from time to time I have to return items. Usually this means having to stay in until the courier arrive to collect my returned item but not with the GoNokNok box. I organise the return through the dedicated GoNokNok app and put the returned item in the box for collection. I can speak to the courier remotely and can see them through the camera on the front of the box. I get regular notifications on deliveries and collections and this gives me piece of mind. The box itself was quick to arrive and easy to set up. I would recommend the GoNokNok parcel delivery and collection system to anyone who regularly shops online.

I'd highly recommend getting one
My delivery was part of the 3rd batch of devices, during the waiting period I was offered a immediate refund should I have changed my mind, when it arrived and I unpacked it it had many great features, firstly a doorbell! I have a ring doorbell and you have to pay a monthly fee for it only a bit cheaper that the gonoknok subscription but then it has a built in camera too, a letterbox, 2 way communication, remote unlocking and you can share the use with your family or friends if you need. If you want a full list of things It can do look on the website - It is well made and can even fold up on the wall of you're not expecting any parcels, installation well the only thing I didn't like was the fixings they supplied to go in the wall I used my own wall anchors for that, so I put it on the wall in the morning, followed the instructions on amazon to set it as the default delivery option and then in the afternoon the same day we got our first amazon delivery right in to the box!! Usually it's get left behind the bin or something this was better than we could have expected, if you ever end up staying in because of expected deliveries I highly recommend getting one, plus if you change your mind you can just box it up and send it back no subscription or contract! All in all a great product and I can see it evolving as time goes on too. And last but by no means least a fantastic customer service team who communicated and helped every step of the way.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. This is a very odd company, they do not have a phone number. The post box arrived and they are now not honouring the free installation. To send it back costs more than £50. Very strange.
Update as of 23/07.
The Company has decided to send out (in my view) very passive aggressive emails in a bid his scare me (not going to work). See below for their email:
“ However, a few individuals out of thousands took advantage of our naivety (as you can read on Trustpilot) and did everything they could to have Gonoknok for free without opting into the plus plan and try to blackmail us in trustpilot style.”
They then went onto say “ Lawyer are in the process of taking legal action”.
Honestly, this Company is a shambles. Everything that they do has red flags written all over it. It is a pity because they obviously have no idea of how to run a business.
Their piece of junk is sitting in the spare room collating dust. They should have collected it more than a month ago. I got so fed up of it just sitting there, I offered it to the scrap metal guys - even they didn’t want it.
Ps / they mention that they offered a free return label - this is true only AFTER I asked, three times. The quote from the post office to return this was £51.86 via Parcel Force.
Update as of 06/02/25: they tried to get my review removed for 'defamation'. They failed and my review is still here (and 100% accurate).
Update as of 28/03/25: the company has, again, attempted to get my review removed. This time, they are citing that it contains “illegal content”. However, TrustPilot have, today, rejected their claim and my review stands and will remain. If this company is trying to silence my review and others’, strongly consider the veracity of the company!

Can't recommend this box highly enough! Get one yourself you won't regret it!
I've always wanted a mail box like the ones they have in America but for parcels too, the second I saw Go NokNok advertised I wanted it, so boxing day I ordered it. It honestly is fabulous and I wouldn't be without it now, I've even been able to take delivery of a package from my evri lady from my bed while it was hammering with rain, and she was so glad that she didn't have to wait for me to open the door, she just pressed a button on the box which alerted me, I pressed unlock and she put the parcel in and was on her way in less than a minute.
I absolutely love my box and highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!! My Avon guy and post office people love it too, my post lady actually did a happy little skip walk down the street after using it for the first time lol !!

Very disrespectful
Process from start to finish was complete joke. Order th gonoknok box take payment for first month fair anuff. So when order is completed it then says there is 4 week delivery time. Then to make things worse they asked for my id to deliver a box. ID FOR DELIVERY IS NOT ON. ASKED CUSOMER SERVICE ON FACEBOOK WHY NOT DISCLOSING THIS BEFORE PURCHASE AND I WAS BLOCKED FOR THIS. I HAVE REQUESTED REFUND. THERE RUDE AND DISRESPECT THERE CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Finally received the refund of £19.98 from gonoknok after their ‘brand manager’ got involved. It turns out they wanted to refund me just to get me to delete the review which I subsequently refused. After much arguing they finally refunded me anyway.
I’m not sure if the reply to my review is replying to the right review as I have not once had an issue with the fact it’s rental, it just wasn’t for me. I’m not sure how anyone can not accept the terms and conditions as you have to accept them to place an order?
The bit regarding legal action is laughable, at no stage have they ever had needed to take legal action, after all they owed ME money not the other way round.
The fact you have blocked me on certain social media sites just proves you lie as how can you try to contact me if you’ve blocked me?
Essentially these are scammers!!!
I purchased the gonoknok and paid for the first month rental upfront at £9.99.
When the device arrived, I paid another £9.99 to ‘activate’ it and was told this would be for the second months rental.
I then decided it wasn’t for me, returned the device and asked for a refund of the £9.99 second month as I’d only used for a few days.
In the meantime, they took yet another £9.99 from my account, now meaning they owe me £19.98. They then had the audacity to tell me it hadn’t been delivered but fortunately I had proof of delivery and surprisingly they found it.
Since then, they have continued to argue with me that I used the device ‘for over a month’ without actually supplying dates when in fact I have the exact dates I registered the device, the date it was returned etc etc and id used it for less than a week before returning it.
They’ve told me they’ve refunded me £9.99 which is all I’m owed yet this hadn’t been received, never mind the full £19.98. Unfortunately as others have said, the support/ after service is awful and I really wouldn’t recommend them.
I’m now having to raise a case with my card issuer to try and get my money back.

The box is okay, only works on 2.4ghz WiFi
The box is okay, but the 'smart' functions are a bit lacking...
It ONLY works on 2.4ghz WiFi, my home has 5ghz and 2.4ghz and the box will not connect to the internet anymore.
I've disabled 5ghz in my router, but my repeater only produces 2.4 and 5ghz WiFi.
If I turn off my smart disc it works, but that kind of defeats the object...
