Delivery not received
We placed an order on May 13th, which was advertised as eligible for next-day delivery. Despite this, we have yet to receive the item. We reached out on May 15th and was advised to wait 1-3 days. We followed up again on May 16th, but our message was ignored.
This delay is unacceptable. This item is urgently needed for important work, and we expect it to be dispatched immediately. Please prioritise this matter and provide a clear resolution without further delay.

E-bike Accu replacement
I've been trying to reach Gonser about an issue with an e-bike battery/Accu. Initially, they sent me 'how to fix it' instructions, but when I replied that this was still not working and that I needed their assistance in providing a replacement, they never responded. I've tried through WhatsApp and Facebook but to no avail. What's with the 'truly' nonexistent customer service?
UPDATE: I replied to your email stating that I needed assistance with an 'accu' replacement. That email was never answered.

Terrible customer service, and No return policy, which is bllshit tbh... it's e-commerce and is essential to have.
I am happy to bear the transportation cost.. but no return policy is terrible. Will never shop again with them

Delivered but not received - 2nd shipment
Good was delivered by company planzer paket (very poorly rated), supposedly. They took a picture of the packet left at the entrance, but it was never there when I went to get it. Neighbors didn't see it either. Had other packages delivered plenty of times and never a theft before. When I asked Gonser what to do, they told me to go to the police and ask my insurance to cover the theft... Then if we had cameras in the building...

They are a disaster.
They are a disaster.. We ordered a sofa. They ask you to stay at home the whole day because the sofa can be delivered at anytime of the day...
Then the sofa was delivered without the legs and without the screws...so it cannot be assembled...They say by email that the legs and the screws are inside the sofa but it is not true...And then they are proud to say that they don’t have phone for customer service…If you contact them by email, if you are lucky they will respond one day later…
Now it's two weeks after they delivered the sofa they still say that they are working on trying to find a solution…

Fast delivery and good product
This was my first experience with Gonser, and I’m very happy. The étagère is stable and has a balanced look—not too heavy or industrial and is easy to assemble. The wood complements the other wood tones in the living room nicely. What I appreciate most is that, if the étagère ever becomes too old or damaged, its simple design allows me to easily replace the wood—perhaps with reclaimed wood or even marble, depending on the look I want. I would be happier if the metal frame came in 2 pieces instead of 4, but overall, I’m pleased with both the product and the service. And did I mention the fast delivery? Impressive! Super happy with that!

Deceitful titles and images
I recently bought a tv table on Gonser.ch. The title said it was a solid wood table and the photos showed some nice details on the wood. I received some really low quality PB MF (woodlike print on low quality compensated wood) with all the corners damaged. The difference between the photos on the website and the real table are the same you could expect from a low quality reseller from wish.
PS, i don't know who writes the reviews on the items because the site doesn't give me the possibility of doing it.
