Really happy with my purchase I ordered the exfoliating mitt for my bumpy skin. Skin feels so smooth and was really good costumer service too 5 stars

Be aware of incoming messages from the suspicious text messages on Google Messenger claiming to be from Good Skin Dermatology.

They wanted me to rate them 1-5, and then asks for me to take one satisfaction survey online, even though they were not within my contact list for identification of the real Good Skin Dermatology.

I wish I've read these reviews before placing an order... They say they fulfilled my order but the tracking says they never sent it. They don't reply to any emails either... Duped me into a subscription that there is no way to cancel on their website.
Luckily, I made my payment with Amex, which has now promptly refunded me and stopped any further payments being taken.

Scam Scam Scam. Made a purchase June 2023 and have still not received my order. Ignore all forms of communication. I guess I have been duped. Time this compnay are reported to trading standards. Over
£100 out of pocket to this fraudulent company

Total scam. I have not received my products. I have set 5 emails and no response. Avoid at all cost!!

Agree with others. SCAM company! Placed an order 13/08 and never received my products. Evri tracking says awaiting package. I’ve left reviews, emailed the company multiple times and yet they are STILL emailing me asking how I like my products. Luckily my bank has refunded my money because I don’t think I’ll ever hear from the company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

No item. Ordered 28th july 23. No response. Say its been fulfilled but tracking from Evri says expecting delivery from supplier!

Disgusting company, never received my products, told a”delay”, choose a free gift etc, still nothing had turned up, no customer service. Do not order from this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Total scam... they take your money but do not send the items. I have had one email saying my items were delayed but then i have emailed asking for order updates and no response.

I don't usually write reviews but do not buy from this company. I never received my order and never got a refund. They never replied to my email either this company is a rip off don't throw your money away shop somewhere else

Awful scam company - took my money, no order received, several messages on many platforms completely ignored.
Now say they’ve refunded me but surprise no money been received.
Been going on months.

SCAM!!!.No customer service. No communication. Takes your money but does not send products. Don't order anything. You won't receive it!!!

SCAM! I placed an order which I did not receive. I wrote numerous times via the contact box and received zero response! Royal Mail tracking continuously states awaiting package from sender. Very disappointed that this company hasn’t yet been caught and closed down

Placed an order on 13th July, still nothing. Sent an email asking for an update on my order, received an email back saying there was a problem with some stock they had received and they were waiting for replacement. That was 2 weeks ago. I have since sent another email asking for a refund. I doubt I will ever here from them again or see my money! Avoid this company at all costs.

Received an email shortly after ordering with an EVRI tracking number stating items despatched. This unfortunately is a lie, the reference on EVRI website says they haven’t received anything. No response via their website or Facebook.
Luckily I paid through PayPal so could claim my money back.

Never sent order or replied to emails. Just wondering what action can we taken next, any advice?

SCAM ! Ordered on the 18th July. No updates on delivery since and they haven’t even responded to any emails. Various others have allexperienced the same where the company has taken their money and not sent any goods. Will be sending their info to Action Fraud to hopefully get them shutdown.
