Our Goodbye Junk Experience.
We were told 2 men would come but only 1 young man came and he was amazing. There was a truckload of junk he worked out how it all would fit and put everything on the truck himself. some of it was heavy and awkward but he did it. My sister and I were very impressed. We were also quoted $90 a cubic mtr but we were charged $100 a cubic mtr . We really needed the junk gone so of course we couldn't say much about that and paid up. I think if you quote a price stick to it. Anyway we were pleased with the young man (Patrick) and would have Goodbye Junk again but will make sure of the price next time.

Although we always try to send 2 men where required, it happens sometimes that only 1 is available for that job.
Regarding the pricing, I apologise about the confusion. We charge $90,- per cubic metre and the extra dollars you paid were for the mattress. Mattresses are very expensive to recycle, so we charge extra for them. It should have been communicated more clearly and I apologise for that. I will make sure we do better next time.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel that way and we completely understand that $2,000+ is a lot of money and we sympathize with you.
Apart from the labour hours that you can see on the job, there is also other labour involved in getting to/out of the job and delivering the rubbish to recycling & waste facilities. There are also the recycling fees to be paid, which, here in NSW, are one of the highest in the whole World. This accounts for the biggest portion of the costs involved. Apart from that, there are other costs involved in rubbish removals which all together make up for the price you paid us for the job completed.
I hope you will understand this as I don't want you to feel like you have been ripped off.
