The charged me $1.95 for a VIN check…

The charged me $1.95 for a VIN check which was what I expected. Now they have charged me $30 for what I have no idea. I have disputed the charged and am filling a complaint with the better business bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

On our checkout page, we state that customers are purchasing a trial that ends in seven days. It also states that it will automatically enroll the customer in a subscription billed monthly at $29.95 if the customer does not cancel during the trial. We provide an Order Summary on the checkout page with a checkbox for the customer to acknowledge that they have read our Terms of Service and Billing Terms.

I've reviewed your account and do not see any usage after renewal. As a courtesy, I canceled the account and issued a $29.95 refund. Please expect the funds to reflect in 3 to 5 business days. If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. Have a great day ahead, and stay safe!
