Totally lied too and scammed!

Totally lied too and feel scammed!
Saw the add, purchased the "Pomsky" for my daughter for Christmas. What I received is a doll worth about $5. HAND MADE MY ASS!
I was told it was animatronic. Its real-like... blah blah blah...

Its a stuffed dog of some sorts, and NOT something I'd give to my daughter. Not posable... nothing the add says or they tell you!

Save your money... because I want a refund and bet I won't be able to get one. Companies like this should be arrested for fraud!!!

I also ordered the realistic teddy dog from Facebook. After 1.5 months I received A simple stuffed animal not at all realistic or movable. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund via dispute from PayPal. The amount I paid was 29.98. Do not buy.

EXTEREMLY MISLEADING AD Ordered…

EXTEREMLY MISLEADING AD Ordered Realistic Teddy Dog Lucky on FACEBOOK before checking to see if there were any complaints and yes there are many complaints. I received it today and am thoroughly disappointed. I just added my complaint on FACEBOOK today. toyfun shipped the so called hand made dog doll but it looks nothing like the dog I selected except for the color. I ordered for my soon to be 5 year old grand daughter's birthday. She really wants a teacup dog but I figured this was just the right stuffed animal. I could of bought one any where but these appear to be made to look like the real dog you choose. I paid 19.99 plus 9.99 shipping to wait for almost 2 months. When it took so long to get the doll I figured well it is handmade so it might take a bit longer to get it. But I received it today only to find it was a doll I could win in an arcade game. I did not expect the dog to do anything even though the post on FACEBOOK of real dogs are there for I thought was a comparison to what I would receive. No even close. Very misleading.
I emailed the company asking for a full refund including shipping costs to receive and return the product. I also notified the NYS Attorney General's Office as there are other complaints of scam on FACEBOOK for this product. I also complained to FACEBOOK as well to remove the ads. Holiday time is approaching and I would hate to see others as disappointed as I am.

If I could give them a zero I would

If I could give them a zero I would. They falsely advertised a moving, realistic teacup puppy as what you would receive. but that is not the truth. Very disappointed in false advertisement. I will look into taking this to court. And get a refund as well.

Moving dog

I had been looking at these miniature moving dogs for months with fascination. I hesitated for some time, especially, since I had a bad experience with phone adds before. I researched one site but not this one and I got duked again. I was angry when what I received was just this cheap stuffed animal today. 😡

I made two separate orders for moving…

I made two separate orders for moving dogs. One for $26.98 and another for $35.98 after shipping. I anxiously awaited the arrival and finally received this weekend. What I received was a 99¢ stuffed dollar store dog and a keychain for the other one. I have filed two disputes via PayPal because they look to be two separate companies - Bichu Network Technology Company and Duo Tongguang Electronic Commerce. I am so glad that I didn't order the original 8 (for Christmas gifts) like I had planned.

Don't Cancel your PayPal dispute. They will ask you to.

My story is the same as the hundreds of others on this site (bought the Husky dog toy, got a $1.00 piece of crap) so I don't need to repeat it.

I will however say that once you lodge your dispute and refund request with PayPal, the fraudsters will contact you and ask you to cancel the dispute in order for them to refund you. DO NOT CANCEL. Refuse this request and you will get your money back. If you cancel, you will never hear from them again and you cannot re-open a new dispute.

PS: The company behind it all is:
Duo Tongguang Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd.
Jihua Street, Sanlian Community, Bulong Road,
No. 20, Bulong City Block A, 5A07
Shenzhen, Guangdong 518116 CN

Edit: I finally received my refund 11/28, it took a few months. They tried every dirty trick, right until the end. They demanded that I sent the worthless $1.00 plushie back. They did this because postage costs are expensive, so wanted to put hurdles in the way. Then they claimed they did not receive it. Then they demanded that the address be written in Chinese characters not English. But each step of the way I took precautions. I used the address on the Paypal dispute instructions (which were in English), and I used a parcel service with a tracking number and that required a signature, so I could prove that they were lying about not receiving it.

So you will lose your postage costs but you will get your money back from these d-bags if you are careful and document everything.

Casey the Yorkie

This is a SCAM! SCAM ... SCAM ... SCAM ... SCAM
They say your order will be shipped out within 48 hours - that did not happen. They say parcel will be received within 8 to 14 days - that did not happen. When I did receive the shipment (more than 6 weeks later) it was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT ONLINE.
False advertisement!! I tired to contact PAYPAL to dispute the charge - they have no record of the payment. The receipt I was mailed is FRAUD!!
NOW ... let me describe to you what I received. It was a cheaply made 8 inch stuffed animal. It is very ugly and doesn't even look like a Yorkie. It does not have joints - is not moveable. This dog does not move in any way. Remember the video of this puppy running around - this has no mechanical movement!!
This stuffed animal isn't worth .99 and they ripped me off for $29.99 plus $9.99 shipping.
I called the phone number 1-877-2534927 this is not a working phone number.
I have sent emails requesting a REFUND - my emails are unanswered.
I am now trying to dispute the charge thru my credit card company. Hopefully they will be able to help me.
**PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD!!**
I wish I could post a picture so you could see what kind of scam they are committing.

I couldn't wait to get my realistic looking husky! It took 2 mos!
I anxiously open the package and could not have been more disappointed. It's just a cheap stuffed dog. Doesn't look anything like the advertisement.
I wish I could add a picture of it but anyway trust me save your money it's a joke.
