I ordered lucky and casey I read re iews they dont do anything like you show In your videos if so that's fraudi have been waiting five weeks now where are they if true they dont do anything I'm sinding them back

I purchased what was supposed to be a life like dog,I recieved a small fluffy toy dog worth about 99p,i paid £15 .After contacting the company asking for a refund he asked me for a photo of which i sent,he then replied how cute it was and told me i could recieve %20 off my next order refusing to refund me.I am reporting them to facebook where they are advertising and trading standards.please dont buy from this site they are scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company will be quick about taking your money and giving you a line of excuses as to why you have not yet recieved your product. It has been over a month and they have laid out all the lies. It is shipped and on it's way to even sending a fake shipping number. If you are like me and finding this after you order, go to your back and dispute the transaction and get your money back. May take a few but better than a complete loss. Report them on as many sites as possible including with PayPal. They use them for transactions. This company is a bunch of thieves.

DON’T EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
I purchased newborn baby doll, which was supposed to be 50cm long and very realistic looking for my granddaughter. It took absolutely months to be delivered, they just kept telling me it was in transit. When it finally arrived to my horror the doll was about 15cm long and made of cheap plastic, it looked like someone had painted on its face and pieces of material just thrown over it for clothes. It was actually pretty scary looking not something you could give a 3 yr old. I made contact with the company and requested a full refund to which they said maybe you could sell the doll, I said I don’t think so, they have now offered me $5 I’m not sure if that’s AUD or USD but it’s just appalling how they are bartering with me instead of just giving me my money back. If I could post a photo you would be able to see what a joke it is! Just letting people know that when you type in the company name on google it now comes up as a different name with an American lady as the face of the company- not true! They are completely scamming people out of their money please be careful when dealing with them. The 1 Star is only because I wanted to make others aware of what they do and not get caught out like me.

DON'T DO IT, THESE DOG'S ARE NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISING I ORDERED 2 FOR MY GREAT GRANDSON AND 1 FOR MY GRANDSON AND MY GREAT GRANDSON IS TURNING 1 SATURDAY AND IT BREAKS MY HEART BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR.FIRST OF ALL IT TOOK A MONTH AND A HALF TO GET. AND WHEN I GOT IT I WAS TOTALLY PISSED TO THE MAX. THE JUNK THEY SENT ME WAS SOME GARBAGE I COULD'VE GOT OUT THE DOLLAR STORE BUT THEY GOT IT TWISTED CAUSE I'M GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK IT'S A SHAME I DON'T KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THAT THEY DON'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT PUPPY'S THEY IS FULL OF GARBAGE I'LL ADVISE ANYBODY DON'T DO IT IT'S A BIG ASS SCAM BELIEVE ME I HAVE PAY PAL FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK ALSO. REPEAT DON'T DO IT IT'S NOT REAL ITS A SCAM

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!
I only gave it a 1 star because I had too in order to write a review doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I ordered my teddy dog over a month ago and still don't have it have been in contact with them to cancel the order and give me a refund and they wont. Tgey say it's in transit and they can't do anything about it. Stay away not worth it and I regret it. I have also heard that these toys are a total rip off. They don't move around like the video they post. THEY SHOULD BE SLAMMED AND SHUT DOWN FOR THEFT AND FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!!!!!

Ordered newborn baby doll, when arrived, nothink like the doll advertising, was rubber not silicon with extra bits attached to face and body, no accessories, a nasty off cream tatty vest, poorly made,
Showed granddaughter (aged 8) who it was for she cried and said it was scary, offered little refund back but i declined as want a full refund,
Which was offered if I sent product back at my cost, which I done to be declined anyrefund and case closed
HAD TO GIVE IT 1 STAR, BUT A MINUS IS WHAT I WOULD PREFER

I Bought 'Lucky' the dog for my Mother I cannot visit due to Covid - 19 as she lives alone 1000km from me in another state.
Due to lockdown. I decided to send her this little fella that will put a smile on her face when she's alone at night.
If it's rubbish like the reviews state, I will be really annoyed that she just has to throw it out if its just crappy.
Many items I've bought on the internet advertising is just SIHT and NI more from me!
If this is good, I certainly will retract this...

Spammers. Haven't had any business with them but now I'm getting e-mail from them "You received this e-mail because you registered, accepted an invitation, or have shopped from our company". - Ummm no I haven't.

Reported and blocked. Given the e-mail address they used they've bought the Epic games list of hacked accounts.

Ordered the ‘realistic’ Teddy dog for my daughter - the ad on Facebook showed it running around and rolling over so I stupidly thought it was a battery operated toy - was so disappointed when it arrived. It isn’t animated in any way and is the nastiest cheap and unrealistic stuffed toy that you could get in a pound shop. Total ripoff. They claimed it was handcrafted by a woman with 30 years experience and yet it had a ‘Made in China’ label on it! All the reviews on the store website are 5 stars - I wrote one giving it 1 star but they removed it almost immediately. Do NOT give these people your money!

Wish i would have checked this site before i ordered a toy that does nothing the advertisment said it does. Cheap stuffed animal not worth shipping back. What happened to paypal? It used to be a company you could trust to look out for you. Looks like they only care about making money and not its customers. Before you could count on paypal to keeo these people honest now paypal is just as bad. I have to rethink using PayPal anymore. Don't waste your money or time on this.

I ordered the 17 inch, 3 pound newborn looking doll, half price $29.99, plus $8.99 shipping. I received a scary looking 6 inch, 2 oz piece of plastic. In July, I disputed the purchase with my credit card company, and today was given a full credit. This is a product out of China, and when I contacted the company they started with a $.50 refund, and it was up to $19.50 before I quit communicating with them and went through the credit card company instead. They have a guarantee, risk-free 90 days, and if you don't have a positive experience they will do whatever to make sure you are 100% satisfied. The guarantee WILL NOT be honored. TOTAL SCAM, do not order. They only get a 1 star because less than that was not an option. They don't even deserve a one star.

Ordered realistic Teddy dog and i got a very cheap soft toy dog worth $.99 cents! What a joke! Scammers..paid $26.98US.

I am so disappointed in the King Charles dog.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE SCAMMING LOWLIFE LIFE LIKE DOGS. STUFFED TOY MORE LIKE

If I could leave negative stars, I would.
Got scammed on a lifelike 17" moveable joint doll. Received a 7in scary looking thing that doesn't move in the joints. Clearly a scam. Tried to get a refund and they wanted to partially refund less some exorbitant shipping fee. Outrageous!

I also bought a a little dog, They are so cute you can't resist. But i have not received it. I was really looking forward to giving it to my Grandson. It is a shame that people do this to others. All i want is my money back

The little dog Scam! I am thoroughly disappointed with the purchase of the little dog 🐕 that was advertised to walk around! I paid $30.00 for something that would cost at most. $5.00 in the store! It's not animated, battery operated or anything its just a tiny stuffed animal!!! What a scam!!!
