Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, excellent products, a really lovely philosophy and great people. I have a regular order as I live in the countryside and it has been such a great help through 2020 and in to 2021, thank you everyone xx

The only way is the Goodery way!

I received my first Goodery delivery this week and was delightfully impressed - for multiple reasons!
1.The whole order process was easy and hassle free.
2.It is reassuring to know that the food I am ordering is coming from AND supporting my local area.
3.The treats that you are able to include on delivery such as local craft beer and handmade soaps.
4. Value for money - I was pleasantly surprised with the amount and quality of produce I received (I ordered the medium fruit & veg box).
5. Regular updates to make you aware of when your produce is out for delivery, due for delivery and has been delivered.
6. Zero plastic! Wahoo!
It is safe to say I am fully converted to the Goodery way and can't wait for my next delivery!

Goodery-an especially good company!

I contacted the Goodery support by email this week for 2 separate issues. They responded immediately and were very helpful. They were able to add a note to my veg box order to exclude certain veg and sort out the problem with my subscription, due to card expiry. Apart from being prompt and courteous they are also enthusiastic about the produce. We exchanged interesting messages about fruit...who could ask for more?

What a treat!

We received our very first box of Goodery produce from this new start-up company recently. What a treat! Every product was carefully presented in sustainably sourced packaging and the delivery service was excellent. Being coffee lovers, we were particularly pleased to see the brewing tips and information regarding the organic coffee source. The flavour profile certainly matched the unique taste of the hand-harvested coffee and coupled with the freshly-baked bread, made us relish our breakfast even more than usual! We're now considering joining the Goodery Coffee Club to experience their brewing tutorials and roastery tours. Goodery - thank you for bringing delicious, flavoursome organic produce right to our doorstep!

Super fresh and delicious produce

Super fresh and delicious produce. It feels fresh from the earth which is just the best. And bought the good sanitiser as an impulse purchase and it is gorgeous. Smells beautiful with the essential oils in there.

Great experience with Goodery!

After looking at other organic fruit and veg delivery companies, I decided to try Goodery because I love the focus they have on providing fresh organic produce from local farmers and independent businesses. The fact that they also deliver to my door with zero emissions was a big draw for me also.
When my first box arrived I was excited to see what was in it, the quality of the produce is great and I've been making some delicious meals. The Welcome pack with their mission statement and some recipe cards is a nice touch.
The ordering process was easy, and I love that they plant a tree for every order received.
All in all, a great experience and I'll definitely be continuing to get my weekly groceries from Goodery.

Great local produce

Having been a Goodery customer for a few months, I definitely won’t be going back to supermarkets for my veggies! I get a weekly fruit and veg box with bread and eggs, and it’s always great - on the odd occasion when something isn’t perfect they’re extremely quick to fix things which is appreciated. I always try to shop locally so it’s nice knowing where my food is coming from! Looking forward to an even wider product range so I can do my whole weekly shop with them

My Goodery box makes my week every…

My Goodery box makes my week every week! It’s so nice being able to shop local and know that it’s having a positive impact on the environment. The coffee, fruit, veg and bread are all delicious, and the GOOD projects skin cream is my new favourite!!!

Ordered produce and many items missing.
Want to support a new company but need to go shopping again now as several items missing ! some of the produce already looks half dead and crushed. Will not order again.

Not quite Goodenough getting better

Started following the Goodery journey as we are keen to eat a bit better. Finally got round to making a first order (mainly driven by the bread!), but had some issues around expected delivery. Not quite clear on the website for outside of Norwich postcodes and really should give you a delivery day before you place an order. They went above and beyond over the mix up and we have just received the goods. Food looks lovely and coffee smells amazing but unfortunately missing items from veg box and most importantly no sourdough! Informed its not available on this day but no mention when ordering or prior to delivery of missing items. Now left disappointed and needing a trip elsewhere to top up. Premium goods but not quite living up to expectations as yet.
*Edit in reply to the reply. 5 stars for customer service. Refund issued and grateful. The review was based around ordering problems, missing items and delivery issues. Granted the goods were dropped off in passing as a favour and I appreciated the extra effort but the process shouldn't have been allowed to happen. As a startup, reviews are there to highlight issues in order to help improve. No issues with anything I did receive just a shame for the bits I didn't, and that wasn't down to where I live.

Hey BW, I'm so sorry you've had a poor experience. Despite issuing a refund and doing our best to make you happy, I see we've still come short.

As a new local startup, we're constantly looking to improve. We only deliver to certain areas, but as you're a friend of Leon's, we wanted to go out of our way and make an exception for your delivery.

One of our customer support members drove all the way to your house just to deliver your order on a day we don't normally deliver. On hindsight, we should have accepted that you were outside of our delivery radius, as making this exception didn't produce the results we wanted to.

Reviews are very important to a new business, and I hope that you can see we're doing everything we can to delight our customers every single week. I do apologise for the experience you've had and hope you can have a more positive experience in the future.

I will try to go organic when I see it, but I won't be ordering again.

Hey Guy,

So sorry you didn't like the local Norfolk apples and pears. As a part of our mission to take care of people and the planet, we try and source our organic produce as close to home as possible.

While we are onboarding more and more local vendors to increase our selection, buying local and organic can sometimes mean making a trade-off. We recognise it's also not for everyone!

The produce is fresh from the soil, but sometimes it has dirt on it. The produce is unique and often heirloom variety but may not have the same shape or size as you're used to. The apple may not by typical, but it has much higher antioxidant and phytonutrient concentrations than a store-bought traditional apple.

It may be small and unusually shaped, but it's more flavourful, more nutritious and is better for the planet.

While supermarkets and national chains offer a wider selection of produce you'd expect to find, they are simultaneously destroying the earth. Global supply chains powered by fossil fuels are causing significant systemic issues that are now impossible to ignore, as we've seen this year.

In the same way you have to make a trade-off when buying an electric car (reduced range, etc.) you're making a trade-off when buying local and organic.

In our view, the benefits of buying locally and organic far outweigh the costs over the long-term. The apples and pears you've received this week are likely to change and evolve with the seasons, giving you a much wider range of nutrients and flavours.

In view of this, I hope you'll give us another chance in another season. Given your passion for electric vehicles, we know we're working towards a similar vision of the future.

There are adaption problems

There are adaption problems. Having taken our custom from a reliable source they have not cacked up any more than previous supplier changes but Goodery has talked a big service promise.

Our usual and expected delivery day is Wednesday.

The delivery and products were fantastic, we subscribe to a large veg box fortnightly ... two days later than expected due to communication failure!
The promised Coffee sample was delivered.

The transport failed to take the previous delivery empty box, this will lead to a logistics problem eventually.

Hopefully, they will improve as we have increased our order to include eggs next delivery and are interested in some other local sustainable products

Looking for reliability, quality at a truly earth sustaining affordable price. Promising start
