Serious Concerns for #7609UK – Product Quality & Safety
The product arrived in a very heavy box that was torn and dirty. When opened, all parts were completely loose inside with no internal protective packaging.
The wooden components were damp which is unacceptable for a children’s product. There was also a very strong smell of raw timber and adhesive.
There is no clear information about heat treatment, drying process, or chemical safety standards. For a product designed for toddlers, this is extremely concerning.
Very disappointed with the quality control and packaging standards.

Very happy with the product overall
Very happy with the product overall. Very sturdy and love the design. Very good customer service- we gave a split dowel upon arrival and it was very quick and easy to have it replaced. Is a bit tricky to assemble- installing the screws is hard work but makes the product sturdy. We would have preferred if the screws were truly countersunk and flush though once installed. Overall would recommend product.

6 in 1 set
I ordered the big set and super happy with it. Great quality, easy to set up, the wood looks and smells lovely. Everything feels solid and well made. Totally worth the price. I even recommended it to kindergarten we visit.
The support was also great and fast - the item was not in stock, so I could opt in for a refund or wait 2 weeks more, but get a discount. All in all, happy with the purchase and shop in general.

Great playground for hours of fun
Purchased a playground for my son and it was scheduled to arrive around Christmas time. After placing order we were told it was not in stock and it would arrive around 7 January. We were also given a discount. It arrived even later than expected. However it is really and my son loves it (and I'm a bit jealous that I'm too big for it) material is lovely and he spends hours playing on it.

Good value for money
We bought the 6-in-1 Indoor Jungle Gym for Toddlers: Playground + Swings Set + Slide Board + Rope + Stairs and we are very satisfied. Easy to assemble and good quality materials.
The only inconvenience was with the delivery, which took a little longer than initially expected.

quality product
we bought the "Montessori 5in1" set and we are very satisfied with the quality of the product. I was not expecting wood so strong and the finishing. the PDF with the instructions is not as straight forward, but even with a 3 years old help was able to do it :)

Poor quality and customer service
I have ordered the Montessori climbing kit and received it in a very shady package like the box has been opened previously! Opened the package and found it not as good quality as expected! It’s not well made, the paint looks flaky and made the surface coarse but my husband thought we are keeping it and assembled it when I was not home! He said it was extremely hard to put together! After first use a piece of the slide chipped and it was really sharp so we stopped using it and sent a complaint to Goodevas, they said the packaging must have been damaged during shipment and offered a replacement for the damaged parts and asked me which part it was, after replying that it was the slide I have got another email offering 5% back or a replacement part and I asked for a replacement! This was 8/01/2026 and no update yet!

Sent me a used playset
Bought a 6-in-1 playset for my daughter’s birthday. They sent me a set that was very clearly opened and returned by a previous customer. The box was ripped apart, re-taped, and overall in a shameful terrible embarrassing condition!! The internal plastic packaging was also ripped open.
I have refused to accept it and they eventually returned it for a refund but my daughter’s birthday surprise was completely ruined.
The audacity of sending me a used/ returned item when I have paid full price (which is nowhere near cheap) baffles me! Never again. Lesson learned.
