Total scam
Total scam! Do not purchase. The inserts made my pain worse & they will not allow me to return them.
over $2300 for 2 pairs of shoes &…
over $2300 for 2 pairs of shoes & orthotics? it's no wonder they don't disclose price before an excrutiating waste of an hour hearing the sales pitch. insurance sure won't pay for it but medicare might. go see an actual DOCTOR (podiatrist), not a groomed salesperson working on an evidently handsome commission.
Beware, beware, beware
High pressure sales person at Good Feet convinced my 83-year old mother to purchase $2,600 worth of product on what he called a "Health Card." She thought she was getting a subscription to a health service. When she discovered that it was actually a high-interest credit card, she attempted to return the products to the store. They refused, pointing out that the credit card terms state that no returns will be accepted. Better Business Bureau gives them 2 stars in the customer reviews area, but also gives them an A+ overall rating. (Customer reviews are not used in the calculation of the BBB rating.)
legal scam....
its a scam people, $2435.65 and no way to recover it. I am in worse shape than when I first went there. Not only did i not get any help for my feet, but I also now have lower back and hip pain not even the chiropractor has been able to help me. Ask them for help and to work with me and the cut off communications. Went to BBB filed a complaint and they didn't even reply, BBB closed the case. Filed dispute with Care Credit (their partner in crime) and was told it would take a month or so but I would get a refund. I waited 2 months and contacted them with my claim number, but the claim was closed with no notice of any kind to me. Still no reply from GF. I hope I can prevent this from happening to anyone else. Its a shame they take advantage of people that are suffering, I suffered bruising in my feet as well. All the time being told give it a few days then try this next set. Every time I got worse and had to wait. They were just putting me off to make it harder to file a complaint. If you are going through this don't listen to them seek help fast.
Scam
Not only did I fell pressured to buy the inserts, I was lied to about a FULL refund by the manager. One size does not fit all! When I returned for my refund, I was told that "The manger doesn't have the authority to do that" and was denied a refund. Out $1500 for buying garbage. Save your money for custom fitted insoles!
Crooks
Crooks. Low quality items for overpriced items. NO RETURN POLICY!
NOT A MEDICAL DEVICES
Ok i agree with the other post that say this is a scam. They should be forced to close their doors. If you hear of anyone going to this place stop them. I have a very busy schedule and don't have time to go to a doctor. I was and still am in terrible pain. I should have run out of there when they told me the price. I think they should be out of business because they say these are medical devices. How can a joe shmo give out medical devices? Another tell should have been when I looked at my ink print and it looked perfect. please help put this place out of business by telling every one you know to never visit them. SNAKE OIL
SCAM NOTHING BUT A SCAM
SCAM NOTHING BUT A SCAM, I entered the North Lakes store last Tuesday & spoke to a young lady at length about my profession & needs. I explained I’m on my feet all day & in need of a ready to go solution, I was offered their maintainers arch support & rubber inner sole liners only. It was never explained to me how they were supposed to be used, from the first wear I was in severe pain in knees & lower back. I tried to push through & tried to push through for the benefits to show but nothing but aggravated & continued pain. I had a day off toke them back to the store & asked for a refund as they weren’t right for me & I was told no we don’t offer refunds & offered a store credit for more scam products! Why would anyone purchase anything from such a deplorable one size fits all off the shelf scam franchised product. You’ve been fairly warned please stay away from this scamming franchise & their atrocious products & illegal return & refund policies!!
Doesn’t even rate a fraction of a star
I would give less of a rating, but then I wouldn’t get to give the review. Bottom line it’s a scam. My 75 y/o sister was scammed, I’m helping her to navigate through this unfortunate fraudulent purchase. 1500.00 for hard slick plastic arch supports that you can buy on Amazon and they work even better for about $20.00. It’s well documented no refunds, but I’m taking them back and sending photographs to my credit card company and disputing the charges, $1500 for six plastic (not even customized) standard inserts 😳SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THESE PEOPLE!!
Don't go to Good feet store with foot/balance problems
Terribly expensive With NO RESULTES
$2,600 and does not work - FRANCHISED
SUN PRAIRIE WISCONSIN STORE IS VERY BAD.
I am 75 years old and they were very pushy.
I thought I could return my $2,600 purchase. But oh no, that does not work. CAUTION THEY ARE FRANCHISED. THE STORE IN SUN PRAIRIE WISCONSIN IS TERRIBLE. SALESPERSON ADMITTED JUST LEARNING.
The franchisee sets the policy. Some give you store
credit and others do not. NEVER a refund. They say for sanitary reasons, but that does not make sense. Are shoe stores going to start doing no returns?
No refunds allowed
No refunds allowed. Even though I was told by the store manager and the sales person that if they didn’t work out for me I could get a refund.
I finally got a refund for the strength one after trying on every style available. They insist you buy all 3 types at $499 each.
I wasted my money.
Sales and management are too pushy. If I had known that there was no refund I would never have bought them. My advice is to avoid this store and see a podiatrist instead.
Wrong Place for this amount of money.
Went to the good feet store with my granddaughter and her mother and the supports cost 1600 for pieces of plastic that suppose to fit. They also added a pair of Tennis shoes but she dont even wear the supports so same problem. This place just take your money, no follow up or nothing.
Modern Day Snake oil salesman.
The arch supports actually caused me more ankle and knee pain then when I initially went into the store. $1800 for eight pieces of plastic. NO REFUNDS. Modern day snake oil salesman.
Ridiculously overpriced.
I was given the impression that the insoles were 'custom'. Hardly. There are several sizes and that's it!! Ridiculously overpriced. The salespeople are condescending and pushy. This company is not spending money on improving any of their products - their ill-gotten profits are spent on TV ads to lure the unwary.
Hank from the Santa Barbara Store…
Hank from the Santa Barbara Store explained the whys and how are feet are so important to keep alined with their arch system. When I put on the arches wowzy instant alinement I wasnt bending over and my hips felt great. A must for everyone.
The insoles are not refundable
Went to good feet store and the sales person measured my feet and gave me 3 different insoles to wear through the day. Upon paying I asked the sales person if I don’t feel comfortable can I bring them back he never mentioned that they are not refundable and he didn’t mention that they will give me different insoles
So after trying them as instructed felt like a rock under my arch and the bottom of my feet hurt. I went back to store this is when they mentioned that the insoles are not refundable and they fitted me with 3 different insoles tried them at home and still uncomfortable went again to the store same thing by the 4 time I said I give up this is not working for me but they will not refund
Swollen tendons because of the good feet store
I Received a certificate for the good feet store from my husband. The staff had no medical or podiatry experience. They gave me orthotics that pushed my foot so far to the outside that all the tendons swelled up and it sent me to the emergency room twice. Do not go there!!!
Did not help at all
Did not help at all. Actually hurts my feet. No refunds. Do not recommend.
The Good Feet Store Uses Deceptive Sale's Practices
The Good Feet Store uses deceptive sale's practices to convince customers that their shoes and inserts will solve a host of problems. The shoes are "plain jane" Brooks athletic shoes that are priced around $180, and they include several orthotics that the sales person claims are custom inserts. The program for the shoes and inserts is very complicated and difficult for older people to use, as I can attest with my 92 year old mother-in-law. They do not tell you the price until you have committed to buying the shoes. The pricing is outrageous!! My mother-in-law paid $2,750 on the belief that the shoes would solve her balance problem, only to discover that the shoes did not fit properly when she returned home and she would have to order "no tie" laces from
Amazon. The entire objective of the store is to get you to buy the shoes and then when you try and return them, they tell you they are sorry but no returns. Well, of course, there are no returns. They would be out of business if they allowed the shoes and inserts to be returned!! Consult with you podiatrist or other orthopedic shoe stores before visiting the Good Feet Store!!! It will save you money and grief!!
