This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I paid £5,000 for a dodgy Nissan Narvara truck what had problems less than 1 week of buying the pile of crap. I only went to this garage in Essex (Maldon Auto Arrow Repairs!!!!) because they was represented by the good garage scheme. This isn’t worth the paper it’s written on as I have reported all of the problems to them and they are useless and didn’t help me at all. Do not buy vehicles from anywhere represented by them as they won’t do a single thing if you have problems. Also, when you phone them they refuse to give you their name and when you ask to be put through to a manager there is never a manager around due to COVID-19. Very unhelpful & do NOT buy any vehicle registered under the good garage scheme. This is a total con because they have just told me unfortunately because we only cover MOT and servicing not vehicle sales, which was the reason why I bought this vehicle because it was covered by them and also the garage I bought the truck from MOTd cars them self so they are completely dodgy!!!

Scam!

If I could give no stars I would! They don’t help when you have issues with a garage and just believe everything they say. Then they dint allow you to publish negative reviews! Seems like a scam to me.

Good Garage Scheme - don’t trust their reviews

I used a garage affiliated to the ‘Good Garage Scheme’. (Fir Tree Autos in West Drayton) They had carried out £600 ‘repairs’ when the only thing wrong with my car was a split air intake pipe causing the engine management light to come on. Replacement pipe at Mercedes £15 plus 1.5 hours labour, luckily I asked the garage to stop any further work and took to Mercedes before the bill got even bigger. I left my ‘review’ on the good garage scheme website. When I noticed my review was missing, I contacted them and was advised they had not published my review having asked the garage for their version of events. Clearly no garage will admit their faults! No wonder this garage, and others had +95% positive. Seems they just do not publish any negative reviews in order to maintain their monthly subscription from the garage.

Run by people who have no morals!

This Company won’t post bad feedbacks,as they charge garages a monthly fee to belong to the scheme.
They must then buy their products from a company called Forte Group which they own.
Don’t use any garages displaying the goodgaragescheme unless you know they’re very good.
When I complained to them they said we don’t post bad feedback because we don’t want to damage the garages.
The scheme is supposed to protect the general public, but this company only care about making millions.
Hopefully one day they’ll be shut down, but they have hundred million cash in the bank.
I’d love to sue these crooks, but you won’t win because first haven’t got money to continue the fight all the way.
Avoid at all costs, and don’t use any garages on the scheme,as you’ll regret it big time.

An utter scam

An utter scam
Pushed by Forte (ITW aka Miller Welders) to sell its snake oil

The products don't work
They don't want garages to ask customers for prior permission
If as a garage you don't sell the stuff you get kicked out of the scheme!

A pointless organisation

A pointless organisation. Their members are no better than anyone else and often in my experience worse.
If you want a garage you can trust go with a recommendation from someone you know and trust.

goodgaragescheme is a scam.

This is scam. My feedback was not published about a garage. They are only publishing positive reviews about garages. Do not trust this website for any garage and do use other alternative source.

ABSOLUTE SCAM

I've had a terrible experience at the Brakes & service World in St Albans which is one of their participating garages. I left a negative review but they never posted it. Obviously , they post only the positive reviews about their garages. Trading standards should have a look at it.
