I requested a full withdrawal and permanent account closure on 28/12/2025, clearly stating gambling addiction and requesting self-exclusion. My balance was €36,172.89.
Although the account was closed, the withdrawal has been severely delayed. Over four weeks later, only €9,900 has been paid, with €28,172.89 still outstanding. Support replies are repetitive templates (“with the relevant department”), with no timeline, no payment schedule, and no clear explanation.
The casino quoted its terms inconsistently, changed payout explanations, and even requested verification after my account was already closed, which is impossible.
Very poor handling of withdrawals and responsible gambling cases.

Absolute garbage scam website.
I deposited for a bonus.
1. I was never able to verify my account before depositing (due to need of deposit proof)
2. After depositing i couldn’t play any games due to i was not verified
3. I couldn’t verify my proof of address, because of a “faulty” utility bill (which indeed included my full name, home address and date) - as required.
Therefore i was always asked to delete the last uploaded utility bill file and resubmit my proof of address.
4. I’ve tried to explain the situation to the support on-site, who never helps any more than redirecting to the “real” support, who i have to contact via email to wait for an answer for hours.
5. The answers i got from the “real” support via e-mails are all bent in their scam favour to delay the verification as long as possible for my bonus to be cancelled due to overdue for example: i need to add correct files for proof of address etc (basic common sense requirements which are way below my problem i contacted them about)

Very disappointed with this site. Had been playing for a while and some small wins after lots of deposits. All great the were processed very fast within 1-2 hours. Then I got a jackpot win of 3000€ euro to which I wanted to withdraw must and was advised to do it in small amounts which I did in 8x400€ one was processed but took 48 hours and then the rest was cancelled I was then told to update some bank details to which I did then asked to withdraw via bank transfer and I did that. Horrible casino. I won fair and square $3050 something. I supplied all documents and I screenshot everything and I'm about to go public with this outrage. They emailed me saying I was suicidal twisting my words and said "Thank you for contacting and sharing the information about gambling problems with us.
