We have just completed a house sale using GoodMove. Overall, I would say they are excellent, particularly if you are like us: haven't moved in a very long time and have an older house that needs some investment to bring it up to modern standards. GM will find an investor interested in the property and you don't have to worry about estate agent and solicitor fees. Their back office staff work really hard to keep things moving.

There were times when my solicitor was not helpful but Good Move stepped in every time, providing information and updates, and reassuring me that we'd soon be on to the next step. I can't praise good move enough. Dealt with a number of the team and all polite, courteous and efficient. After my mum’s house had been sat on the market for 12 months plus. Good Move successfully secured a buyer and achieved what I consider a close to true market value figure. They were there at every step of the process. Thoroughly recommend. Special mention to Zoe for her efficiency and sense of humour!

My experience was challenging from day one ,i had to deal with some unscrupulous men who wanted to purchase the property next to nothing.
This all changed when i contacted Good Moove and was introduced to Kathy and Dalia who assured me that they would do there best to get the property sold.
