Overall a very good and positive experience! My advisor Greg, took the time to listen and understand my situation. He provided a fair and honest valuation together with a very fair offer price. Through continued discussions and with support and advice from Greg I have now decided to sell my property through the auction process as this seems to offer me a chance of achieving a higher ‘sold’ price.
