Coupon code when processed by pharmacist lowered price but pharmacist did not honor GoodRx coupon price (it was $12 higher.)

Thank you.

Will not be using this service again. I had been sick for a week and tried everything—over-the-counter meds and even an IV. I kept getting worse and clearly needed an antibiotic. The doctor told me it was “just viral” without running a single test. How can you diagnose anything just by looking at someone? At what point do you actually listen to the patient?
If OTC meds haven’t worked for a week and symptoms are getting worse, why would they suddenly start helping now? Are doctors just handing out degrees like candy?
I was about to go on a cruise and ended up spending the first two days sick in bed. When I finally got to see a real doctor, I was given an antibiotic and felt better the very next day.
Do not use this service. Their doctors don’t help you—they just take your money.

The company gives you false representation that you will only pay $199 for wagovy and 39 for membership. What they don’t tell you that you also have to pay the pharmacy. You are paying $199 just for them to write the prescription. I ended up paying $437 when I could had a prescription written much less while Costco has a 199 cost special for .25 and .50. Please go somewhere else or do research and find out if the cost they say for meds is just for prescription writing or for the cost of weight loss drug.

Worst experience ever. I've spent a few days trying to get an antibiotic from a doc. Instead I got steroids. I'm a nurse. I knew I needed an antibiotic, and they refused to give me one. I only tried so hard with them because I had subscribed to their service. I finally went to call-on-doc. Super easy service. You don't have to video/speak to anyone. All you have to do is fill out a form and what med you want then pay. It's full proof, so if you know what you need use anything but goodrx. Goodrx telehealth is a horrible service. I can't believe after this experience that all of these reviews for them are legit. Not worried people will figure out not to use them.

Giving the best prices on prescription medication for people with no insurance.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. They advertise fast, easy and hassle free prescription refills? THAT IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. THEY TAKE FOREVER, THEY DON'T RESPOND TO YOU AND THEY DON'T LISTEN TO YOU. WHEN IT COMES TO TELEHEALTH, THEY ARE GARBAGE.

This company is literally a life saver!
I have no insurance and I am a diabetic, have serious allergies and I also use an inhaler due to lung damage from mold.
If not for your company I would not be able to afford my prescriptions.
Thank you so very much!!

I had a coupon for $18.99 and when Safeway tried to run it it didn't work. I don't know if the error was on their end or yours. I had to spend over $10 more on my Rx. That was very frustrating. Otherwise I've had nothing but good experiences with you!

Into my third week of being laid off, no insurance and I definietly needed medical care. Answered about 20 very specific questions, and within approximately 10 minutes, I had the precription I needed sent to my local pharmacy. Totally saved me from having to go to ER or Urgent Care, neither of which I could afford right now.
