12/31/25 I REFUSE to edit my review. Good RX has not acknowledged the hours I was available and waited for a response on their message center. After my review, I was informed they would look into my concerns about my hours of waiting for a response via their message center. When i received the 2nd reply, i found they did not even read my concerns or mention the many hours i spent waiting for a response. Their service was a total waste of money as my treatment plan has abruptly ended after I paid their fee and the $199 for medication.

This was a nightmare experience. I waited an hour to be seen. I was very sick and I was pretty sure I had the flu because a friend I spent time with was diagnosed with it. I thought it would be easy to get tamiflu because that's what he got. I was running a fever for 2 days then the cough started. I had chills and headache. I asked for the tamiflu and the doctor said no. She was very hard to understand because of her thick accent and I felt like she didn't understand me fully. She prescribed Montelukast, I had never heard of this. It is an allergy medication. I told her that I think it's what than that and she told me to wait till day 10 to come back if I want feeling better I was so upset. I had to wait to till morning to go to an in person doctor. I don't have insurance and I was hoping that goodrx would be able to fix me up for a small fee instead of paying $180 at MD NOW. I went to mdnow and swabbed my nose and I had the flu. Tamiflu only works if you catch it early, I was at day 3. She wanted me to wait till day 10! WHAT A JOKE. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE USE THIS SERVICE.
"I also didn't use the goodrx prescription discount because Publix had an in-house discount plan that is better and saved me more money.

I always have my medicine, no running out to the pharmacy, dealing with their hours and lines. I just go to the mailbox and my medicine is there. Super convenient.

Said and claimed you can seek diagnosis and prescription for anxiety and depression through them. After creating account and giving all my personal information they said they do not provide those services!!
Liars and stole all my personal information

While I was able to get medication for a UTI quickly here online, I mentioned that when going on antibiotics I will need preventative medication to prevent a yeast infection. When I explained this, the company said that I'd have to do (and subsequently pay for) a separate Yeast infection meeting for that care. However, giving care to prevent a yeast infection when a woman goes on antibiotics is a common enough practice and is normal at most other medical providers that I have seen. I feel this is an important enough issue that I'd be neglecting women everywhere if I don't stand up for them in this matter and implore the company to provide an option for that preventative treatment to women getting UTI care without making them wait until they have symptoms badly enough to create (and pay for) a separate treatment visit. Meaning, by way of having a vagina, I would be asked to not only suffer more discomfort in the form of an unnecessary infection, but also pay more to the company to get treatment for something their prescription caused.

your website makes it easy to order prescriptions at a very reasonable price.
I have saved a considerable amount of money using Good Rx

TV ads do not provide specific prices or information and are to entertain so we don't think about what they aren't saying. I don't buy from companies that treat us as idiots.

The company should let it be known that you aren’t guaranteed to have a strictly virtual visit. If I have to go to the pharmacy to get a test strip and report back, I may as well go to prompt care or minute clinic. I read treatment from the comfort of your home and see reviews of successful treatment but it was a waste of time for me. I answered several questions and check off the boxes for what I was asked! Started and canceled my membership. I don’t recommend!!!

Always the best coupons! Has saved me hundreds in Rxs. I recommend highly!

Got a better price than what my insurance coverage would be. The phamacies handle it with no problem. It makes me wonder why we pay for Part D coverage.

Very cheap dog meds. However...you pay in frustration and all the hair you will pull out.
It takes an OBSCENE amount of time for them to get a competent staff member to pull prescription approvals from vets. EVERY single time, my vet has faxed AND emailed the approval. Yet GoodRX somehow doesn't see it and after about a week or two of my dog being without meds, I have to call to ask them to call the vet...which takes another day or two. This time (fifth circus show of this mess), I stood in the vet office as they faxed and emailed the approval in. Good RX still claims they have nothing. So I said CALL THEM. They called, placed the vet on hold so long until it finally just disconnected.
I am done after this. It is not worth the absolutely absurd headache!
** FOLLOW UP** In response to the response: No thank you. I have tried over and over for months. I placed the order with Chewy and the approval process was a matter of 20 minutes and the meds will be here in four days (longer than their free two day delivery due to holidays).
Thank you anyway. I hope you this issue can be addressed for other customers.

First and foremost.
If your looking to get your prescriptions without a doc visit and then pickup your scrips at a pharmacy. The effectively works. However what I found didn't work and frustrated me quite a bit is that my local pharmacy isn't accepted by Goodrx. So instead of 29$ I spent 71$ and the help line was honestly no real help. So I paid my 71$ and left.
There are all kinds of things I could've done like have my scrip moved to an acceptable pharmacy. But as I live in the rural area it wasn't worth driving in to get it... what Good rx could and should do is make it impossible to select a pharmacy outside of there networking... not to difficult.

Each time I have used Good RX when I have had my prescriptions filled, I have always received my discount promised by Good RX and have never had any problems from a pharmacy. Being a senior citizen on a limited income, it has been a tremendous help. I also read their articles and they are very informative and can help in understanding information concerning important decisions. No one has given me anything or ask me to say anything regarding this review. This is 100% my opinion and I am very thankful for their help.

Good Rx GOLD saves me money but due to only getting 1 prescription a month I am to the point where the $10 a month fee is MORE than what I save on my prescription. The only reason I still have it is because my 90 day prescription covers the remainder of the $10 a month so it is a wash. Thanks, maybe offer a cheaper GOLD plan for people who only have 1-2 prescriptions a month?

Very easy to get my meds filled and not expensive, very affordable.

Used to get refills for 6 months or more here. This time they only gave me a 30 day supply for the same visit price. There was a new prescription from my primary care that indicated I had been seen by my pcp, but the provider only provided a 30 day supply, sent an automated message, and closed the chat. This service is no longer helpful, convenient, or efficient.

Their prescription service is terrible. I do not recommend. Go to a proper Telehealth service. I needed medication asap and the website and the messages said it would be quick. It ended up taking twelve hours, so I missed my medication dose. To make things worse, goodrx said it would cost $13 from the pharmacy near me on their list. I get there and then the pharmacist says that they don’t take goodrx and that it will cost $90. So now I’m $80 out of pocket and missed my dose yesterday so I’m struggling today with neurological symptoms. Never using again

I have two relatives in town that are sick and we researched for a good reasonable telehealth company since it was a Saturday. Good Rx Gold advertised telahealth visits for $19. with a 15 minutes wait time. So they were willing to try Good Rx Gold and signed up for it and the telehealth . They waited and waited and never received a phone call back. It has been over 12 hours now and still no call. Shame on them. Do not advertise telehealth visits in 15 minutes if you did not plan to call back at all. Do not recommend!
Update: They finally called my son in law at 1 am and he did not answer because his phone was on silent and they charged him for the telehealth visit even though he didn’t answer because it was 1 AM!

I used to think GoodRx was ok, until my seizures started getting worse, and my neurologist changed my medications. Instead of taking divalproex er 500mg once a day, he wanted me to take it twice a day. While waiting 2 days for that prescription to be filled, I had my previous prescription ready for pickup, with 90 divalproex er 500mg, that would last me 45 days. When ky new prescription was ready, I went to pick it up, and I was told GoodRx would not cover it again until February 3, 2026. The only problem is 45 days from December 9, 2025 is January 23, 2026, a whole 10 days shy. So because I needed my medication, I got a discount on a partial prescription, but when I called support about the problem, they said that they pharmacy was correct, and I would have to pay full price no matter what, that GoodRx wouldn't cover my medication again until February 3,2026
