Happy Customer

I have purchased tickets through Good Seat Tickets in the past and I love how easy it is to purchase and obtain the tickets. I love the customer service on how they took the time to call me to make sure I received my tickets and to remind me to download my tickets ahead of the event date just in case I ran into any problems and had to contact them. Also not to mention that I seem to find the tickets at the best prices! Definitely recommend to buy tickets through them.

I got a good price but......

I got a good price but......a $39 ticket also came with
$19.17 in added fees. They were emailed for god sakes at a fee of $7.95. Really? I understand they need to make some money but usually I get kissed when I'm getting f*cked like that. I go to a lot of musical events and would use them all the time if they moderated their greed but for now I will keep shopping and only use them necessary.
