I was excited to find discount tickets, but they hid all of the very high fees until the very end! Like other ticketing sites, they should show an "all-in" price so you know what you're getting into b... See more

INSANELY HIGH FEES! The ticket price is better than the other sites I looked at. That being said, I paid almost as much as what a ticket cost for processing and delivery. It's an instant download so... See more

INSANELY HIGH FEES

INSANELY HIGH FEES! The ticket price is better than the other sites I looked at. That being said, I paid almost as much as what a ticket cost for processing and delivery. It's an instant download so I don't understand the outrageous cost. Happy with the purchase and disappointed with the fees!

Not very costumer friendly or forgiving

The service was blotchy and somehow I got the tickets in the wrong section. I called right away after realizing what happened (less than 5 mins) to fix the matter and hoping the representative can help, exchange for the seats I wanted. My first time using the site too. He said nothing can be done. He's happy to transfer me to supervisor but he told me he will say the same thing. I will never use this site again. Never.

Good website and good prices

Good website and good prices. But the fact that it took 24 hours to receive my ticket download was stressful, especially for a first experience. Any other online ticket experience I've had, emailed the ticket download within minutes of the purchase.
