Similar experience to Brian.

Similar experience to Brian.

Bought after seeing a pop-up ad on the Daily Mail website (never again!)

I chased the order after 5 weeks, originally I gave benefit of doubt for delay before chasing due to Covid.

When I chased and requested a refund through Paypal resolution centre I then received a cheap hand pump through the post nothing like the pump I had ordered.

I have put my second refund request in through Paypal resolution centre and will see where that gets me after resolution date expires in 12 days.

Goodsgalaxy.shop beware

ordered an electronic mini pump thru an advert within duolingo app. Did not get a 'confirmation of order', but money taken immediately. Tried to make contact after a few days. Email given bounces straight back. So no way of contact. Owner is another company with London mailing address, owned and operated by Chinese citizen with very short (perhaps untraceable) name and from China. Week later I received a standard mini pump - not worth the £25 I paid. Checked online to find georgeshop.co.uk selling same electronic pump for £90. Same mo - London company, Chinese citizen owned and operated. BE VERY AWARE with these 2 companies.
