Review of medical treatment at Skin Surgery Clinic in Guiseley:

I was very fortunate to have David Watt, consultant plastic surgeon and Skin Surgery Clinic’s medical director, to remove a basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) from quite a prominent place in the hairline at the centre of my forehead.
In the initial consultation, David carefully explained the best treatment, had the time and patience to answer all my questions and clearly had had a lot of experience in this procedure.
During the operation, he was supported by both a nurse and a healthcare assistant: David, Christine and Nicola were all calm, friendly and professional.
The procedure was done under local anaesthetic and was quick and almost painless. The result is excellent and I have been given a lot of very specific advice on after-care.
I am not a person who normally uses private medicine but it seemed that the NHS would have taken to do the excision so I was glad to find this clinic.
The clinic is easy to access, with a modern and open layout and good parking, and everyone had time to help me. I have nothing but praise for the whole experience.

I've had four out of six skin tightening facial treatments with Mary and am very happy with the results so far. My skin looks plumper, healthier with a subtle visible reduction in eye wrinkles. Went for a consultation. The staff here are so informative and can answer everything. You are also given leaflets to read at home so you know exactly what to expect. I have booked the appointment. The clinic is spotless.

I had been contemplating Botox for a long time but not plucked up the courage to book it.
I went for an initial appointment with Petra and she answered all the questions I had in detail.
I did not feel under any pressure to have the treatment and was able to go away and think about it before I committed to having it done.
When I did have the Botox done, Petra was very thorough, professional and put me at ease.
She explained everything clearly and gave good clear aftercare advice.
On my follow up appointment I had a few tweaks done and I was really happy with the results.
People were telling me that I looked really well and fresh but didn’t realise it was because I’d had Botox!
I was pleased with how long it lasted, which was in line with my expectations and will be going back for more in the very near future.

Will make this review regarding the practitioner and not so much the establishment as a whole. Petra who did my Botox was absolutely amazing, she did a really good job over 2 stages, and didn't over treat, preventing implications I've had in the past else where. Resulting in a very natural finish, with just enough movement. She also took the time to talk me over other treatments that I was interested in and was honest about what she thought would work and what wouldn't work in relation to what I was looking for from each treatment. She also didn't try push or sell to make more money like some places do. Would highly recommend and from this service I would trust her to carry out other treatments.

I came to good skin days to have Botox treatment,,, I have had the best results and the customer service was impeccable,,, Petra Is an absolute credit to your company and such a lovely lady and actually listens to customer needs,,, I will never go anywhere else,

Being needle phobic i have always found this clinic to be the best service you could get. i have been offered cheaper alternatives at various spas but think service wins over every time and should be remembered.

Treatment completed to a very high standard as always.
