Online Support is non existent

Don’t bother contacting them via email - it’ll be completely ignored.

Also, if you’re ordering internationally, the order will be cancelled unless you spend over $100 AUD

Very good

Gives you the opportunity to order products from Japan that are not easy to get otherwise. Place the order, get a confirmation, when in stock you can continue the payment/order.

Avoid - Shady Website!

Was a very strange experience placing an order as there was no place to enter payment method, and yet my order still went through. Later on, though, I received an email saying the minimum purchase total had to be $100, which is information that is nowhere to be found on their website.

A very good website

A very good website, with prompt and quality services.
I am a Japanese living in France, and I've ordered twice (medicine, cosmetics and food) on Goods of Japan.
Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Most orders are "Unfulfilled" when ordered

From 5 orders done from November 2022 and November 2024, only one is fulfilled. Reasons are 2x "inventory" - so why are items up for sell if they are not in inventory, then "other" - whatever it means, last one "customer" - guess I was too persistent and still had hopes to buy something from this site.

It's unfortunate, but it can't be fully trusted :(

I needed to buy vitamins and…

I needed to buy vitamins and supplements from Japan. But now not many companies from Japan send goods to Ukraine. I spent a lot of time looking for where I could order buy but they refused everywhere. Goodsofjapan quickly sent me everything. I received my parcel and am satisfied.

Paid for an item

Order was cancelled the following day and item was removed from the website. I sent a email to ask why and was ignored.

Very unprofessional. My last review was flagged by the owner. We’ll see if this one lasts.

Legit or Scam?!

Can anyone please tell me if the website is a scam or is it legit? I placed an order with $35 DHL Global Express and they cancelled the order saying I have to re-order. Once I re-ordered, they increased the DHL cost to $80 in the website but I placed it anyways. Then the company emailed me asking me to ship SeaMail for $20 but i told them I chose the DHL already and prefer to ship DHL and then they cancelled my order again stating they don’t have enough stock. I think this is unprofessional. Should I report this to Better Business Bureau to protect other people??

Seller increased rate upon inquiry

I had a product in my shopping cart and was ready to purchase at the listed price on their website, I emailed seller about an inquiry on the product, and upon doing so the seller raised the price on the product that I was interested in. I thought that was very disrespectful, and quite distasteful, and greedy of this company. I wrote to them, that they have lost a potential customer because of this incident. I would very much like to know who is in charge of this company so I can write a formal complaint.

Be warned: If you ever shop here, don’t ask questions about products you like, if they see you are interested they will increase rate on you.
